    This was an excellent hotel experience. The staff were kind and accommodating. The room was clean and updated nicely. I will stay here every time I come to this town.     Close to the airport and great shower

    We missed our flight and had to find a hotel, Deville was close to the airport and had the shuttle to and from the airport. All the employees were super nice and assisted us quick to get our family rooms close to each other. The restaurant was great, we were so tired we did not want to go out to eat. There is a gym and a kids play area that is great. Totally would go back.     Great Hotel, don't hesitate.

    Wonderful bed. That's the first thing. Unlike many other hotels, the mattresses were firm, but there was a good topper that made all the difference. I laid down my head just before midnight and I was out like a light. The pillows were super comfortable. My daughter kept asking if anyone would miss them. Breakfast was amazing. Best one we had in Brazil and that is saying a lot.Nice big parking lot with a security gate. And gaud shack. Very secure. The area is in a Industrial park near the airport - literally 3 minutes away driving. It was a little jarring driving in, but they do a great job of making sure the hotel is clean and in another world. The pool was beautiful and everything was well cared for and clean. This is a great hotel on a calm road. I would recommend it if you are in need Porto Alegre.     Close to airport, spacious rooms and free shuttle to airport

    This airport was close to the airport and we chose it as our son had an 8am flight so would need to be up early. Beautiful clean and spacious rooms. Check-in was great as the staff could speak English. Free shuttle to the airport is so prompt and efficient. Can't fault anything about this hotel at all. Breakfast was included and it was the best selection and variety of food we have seen in Brazil for a breakfast buffet.     Pretty swanky place with major league breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful with their English language skills. They were very accommodating by serving my room service order on the patio as requested before the restaurant opened. Overall good experience, would stay there again on next trip.
