    Don go there. Creepy and isolated place. We don’t stay there just been there and managed to escaped the horrible place. Not safe for families and women.

    So 3 months after having our reservation cancelled by The Source just a week before our stay we are still waiting the refund of our deposit! We have had to charge back through our credit card company to try and have any chance of getting our deposit back! I’m sure this place is lovely if you get your stay but should you be one of the unfortunate bookings that they choose you cancel at the last minute then you’ll be waiting indefinitely for your money back! Looking back through all the reviews this seems like something that happens far too often. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!     Beautiful suite and grounds

    Beautiful hotel located out of the city. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We booked the natural mystic suite which is unbelievable! Food and pool area really nice. Only downside is there wasn’t enough loungers around the pool but not sure this was because we went to a weekend wedding here and more people than normal.     Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable and Unprofessional Experience

    We were really looking forward to our stay in Marrakesh as a much-needed family break. My wife had just come out of hospital, and as a family of six with three young children, it had been an incredibly stressful time. We booked this hotel six months in advance, and even followed up three weeks prior to our trip. At that point, the hotel confirmed everything was in place and even sent us videos of the room – all seemed fine.Shockingly, just one week before we were due to travel, the hotel contacted us to say they could no longer honour our booking. They had accepted a private booking instead – despite us having already paid a deposit and received confirmation.To make matters worse, they offered no alternative accommodation, no compensation, and showed very little concern for the stress this caused. Their only suggestion was that we change our dates – completely ignoring the fact we’d already booked non-refundable flights from the UK months ago.What was meant to be a relaxing break has turned into a scramble to find last-minute accommodation, with added pressure on our family during what was already a difficult time.I would urge others to think carefully before booking. In our experience, this hotel was unreliable, unprofessional, and showed no accountability for their actions.
