  I had amazing 10 days of my life with my family I played football bingo pool party at 9:00 with dj music with karaoke. All of the Valeria team especially Sofie and Joe.

  Starting with the positives. Omar and Oussama in the restaurant provided a friendly excellent service for myself and my daughter. Intastilla and Bahija on reception resolved issues quickly.The TUI rep was helpful and friendly.Good selection of ice creams available in restaurant.No meal at a La carte restaurant offered.Now for the negatives.The toilets by the main pool constantly smelt disgusting despite being cleaned regularly and there were no indoor toilets at all, meaning during mealtimes you have to use outdoor pool toilets.Aqua park slides not open.Snack bar tan out of water in the middle of the day.My towels were removed from beds by security then I was asked to pay another deposit.No food is covered and there are flies everywhere in the restaurant.Air conditioning in our room didn’t work and I had to ask numerous times for towels. On arrival we had no outdoor chairs or tv remote. Food options were repetitive and basic.Kids club was not as advertised. No contact details taken from parents, no health checks of children and activities were unorganised and not age appropriate at times. Staff unenthusiastic.   Wrote a review whilst at the hotel and about how staff serve French before English - spoke to reception about this and still no better. Other English holiday makers were also at reception saying the same thing. It looks like this as been on going and not improved and will not improve. Several occasions at the bar and French are priority every single time. The room we had however was clean and tidy and we was informed by the rep that the hotel gives the French the better rooms and English are left with what’s left. We had no issues with the room. The zen pool is amazing. Everything is extra but worth it! The water park is included for use however drinks and food aren’t included in the all inclusive. I feel the hotel lacks to give enough information - we got give a sheet of A4 paper with time of food etc but no idea where it was - the paper didn’t say anything about sun lounger hire is extra in the zen pool or drinks are extra in the water park - I think adding more information and a map for travellers would greatly benefit all. As before breakfast is basic but there’s something. Lunch is the better meal! Tea is standard but you can find something. Drinks machines are hit and miss if they work or not so sometimes you fancy a Pepsi and have to have something else and vice versa. The grounds are beautiful and well kept! The drinks menu cocktails are limited but if you find one you like it’s a bonus and we managed. Evening shows were French so we had no idea what was going on so just sat around and made our own entertainment. The pool party was good!   10 of us ranging from 8years to 56years we asked to leave with no reason the mager told us he don’t like English people we was left with no where to go they wouldn’t even ring us a taxi they had no English entertainment on the manger was very rude the water slides was broken the food was ok but not enough for the kids as the snack bar didn’t open all the time jet2 rep wouldn’t help and was rude aswell never again… so never complain about service there or your out n if you can not talk French stay away GUEST SERVICE MANAGER, Guest Services / Front Office at Valeria Madina Club Resort, responded to this review Dear Roam,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Valeria Madina Club Resort.
