  Two very comfortable nights to stay.

  The Amerian Puerto Rosario Hotel, located in the city of Rosario, has an outdoor pool but I did not use it because I only stayed two nights. It offers free Wi-Fi and a large breakfast, (has everything) crescents, ham, cheese, 7 types of puddings, 4 types of cakes, three types of bread, various types of tea, and coffee, etc. The hotel is only 500 meters from the pedestrian street Cordoba , an aesthetically ugly area that reminded me of the microcenter of Buenos Aires. The room has an elegant and modern design with a large wardrobe with divisions where everything fits and with a safe. With a large two-seater bed, TV, air conditioning, minibar, desk. The bathroom is private, and it is spotless, good water pressure the shower but no medicine cabinet, which means you can not store personal toiletries comfortably. Shampooes can’t get out of where they are which makes wearing them a little uncomfortable. The hotel is very good, very clean, although aesthetically it could be better, the key system is very modern opening the door without a key, with a cell phone app. I recommend it to go.   Decadent. In the room we find an armed cigarette, control and cleaning 0. The laughing stock, she looked like a student in the morning. With no soap in the shower to bathe in, you had to go out to get it out next to the pool of hands. The employee this afternoon, faced with this requirement of hygiene, instead of being expeditious and solving it, confronted us, took half an hour to appear with a soap.   I went for one night. Correct room. Regular breakfast. The beds are 1 small place. Good ubication. Very good service. It's a long way from being a 4 star.   After the pandemic it has declined quite a bit

  I stayed here for the first time in 2014 and in 2023 I returned. The first time I felt that it was a product with potential but this time I didn't feel comfortable at all. The sheets were not for the bed I ordered, they were short. Small padding. They seem to have problems with clothes. Bad maintenance and average breakfast. There is also a lack of personnel, it is clear that they made a reduction in the pandemic and it is difficult for them to replace them. The truth is that it made me sad to see such a beautiful building in such conditions. As a Hotel Manager I see that the management carried out by the Hotel is not satisfactory at all.
