    Not a bad stay...but could improve.

    Had a 4 night stay at Wazo Appart Hotel.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Few problems with our room when we checked in, such as ants and a broken lock on the sliding door. However these issues were quickly resolved.Also housekeeping failed to replace towels on two days when they serviced the room and we had to call reception for them to be sent. If they could improve housekeeping In the rooms it would be a big improvement. The hotel is located slightly outside the main tourist areas of Marrakech, but these are easily accessible by taxi. It was a pleasant stay at a very reasonably priced apart-hotel.

    Unfriendly staff at the reception, lie as they breath, Far away from the centre, does not offer value for money, noisy environment and very slow internet to non existent, personal does not care about guests and find the property actually dirty and bedding extremely uncomfortable and not fit for purpose, there are much better options in Marrakech and cheaper, just a horrible stay and will definitely not stay there again, I am sure all positive reviews are fake.

    I stayed here last week with my daughters and a friend for her important birthday. I had a problem with my room booking which I had tried to rectify before travelling with no coherent response from the hotel so had to just take a chance. The receptionist was like a robot and didn't really seem to care said there were no bigger rooms available, then said we could pay more money ( I had already paid the fee for a bigger room) I asked to see a manager, we waited ages for this to happen with no explanation. We waited 4 hours for our room to be ready and were told its because people checked out late as though this was of any interest to us. The room was set up for 3 people (because it was a room for 3 people) though they took a booking for 4 so had to wait whilst a camp bed and linens were bought in, oh and an extra chair. Despite this the hotel and rooms are very nice, clean and modern with nice gardens and pool. Just completely ruined by disinterested unfriendly staff, who could have made the situation much better by showing a bit of hospitality and making an effort to rectify our concerns.
