really enjoyed our stay at la sultana. Everything about this resort is fabulous. It was a little cool (temp/ wind) during our stay but the outdoor pool beds, etc were amazing…. The entire La Sultana team is amazing - they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional, we have never stayed at a resort before where you have guaranteed booking at every restaurant, every night. Shout out to Houssine, exceptional service, thank you!

Best Service I Have Ever Had in the World

I have traveled extensively around the world, and La Sultana Qualidia is truly the best service I have ever had anywhere! My bags were lost by Air France. Qualidia is 3.5 hours from Marrakesh, and you are required to claim your own bag at the airport. Air France did not send my bag for 3 days after promising each day that my bag would arrive. I didn't want to spend my entire Qualidia vacation waiting in Marrakesh for my bag so the spectacular concierge, Yassine, arranged for me to have papers notarized in Qualidia to allow himself and a driver to pick up my bags in Marrakesh without me having to be there. Yassine and the driver proceeded to the airport. Once again, Air France dropped the ball and didn't send the bags as promised, but Yassine and the driver agreed to stay overnight in Marrakesh to fetch my bags the next day. The driver then delivered them to me in another town 3 hours away, Essaouira. Now THAT is just outstanding guest service. Our waiter at night, Houssen, made each evening special, anticipating our desires and catering to our requests. Our morning attendant, Hanan, always made breakfast a pleasant, yummy affair. The front desk staff was always on point, coordinating excursions, dinner reservations, etc. Mourad, the Deputy Manager, went above and beyond ensuring we were having a wonderful time and even called ahead to his former colleagues at another lovely hotel in the Atlas mountains that we would be visiting 6 days later to make sure that they were ready for us. The La Sultana Qualidia grounds, rooms, common areas, gardens, and spa were enchanting. Their commitment to sustainability was impressive. The hotel's pairing of palatial meets natural meets whimsical made La Sultana Qualidia in a category by itself. I highly recommend the Ocean Suite. The view was fantastic! Primarily, due to the extraordinary staff and secondarily, due to the exquisite environment, La Sultana Qualidia is one of the best hotels I have ever been to in the world. I look forward to returning!

La Sultana is an exceptional place to stay. The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food is fresh and delicious, the rooms are beautifully designed with excellent facilities, and the hammam and massage experience was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended!
