A Perfect Luxury Retreat After the Sahara Experience
27 Jun 2026
Berbère Palace is a truly luxurious hotel with perfect architecture and an outstanding level of service. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely kind, making the entire stay feel effortless and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully designed and surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a peaceful oasis atmosphere in the heart of the city—perfect for relaxing after the intense Sahara experience. The swimming pool is large, comfortable, and ideal for unwinding and enjoying the calm environment. We also truly appreciated the flexibility offered at checkout. Even though check-out time was at 12:00, we were kindly allowed to stay longer and enjoy the pool a bit more, which made our departure much more relaxed.A perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy true luxury. Highly recommended.

Wonderful spot with Hollywood Flair
07 May 2026
We have been there for three days and started our tours from here, that was a really good decision. The pool area and Restaurant had plenty of Space and sitting on the terrasse was a nice experience. The a la carte options served were tasty. Two hints- Upgrade and maintain your gym a bit better and the alcohol prices are too high.

Very good, comfortable hotel
28 Apr 2026
The property is very large with beautiful grounds and pool area. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. They had a very large buffet, numerous choices.. The food was okay and we were able to ate outside where it was quieter. There were many tourists, including several large tour groups. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Unacceptable Experience - DO NOT STAY HERE
26 Apr 2026
Absolutely unacceptable experience for a so-called 5-star hotel. We were put in a room full of mosquitos. Even after killing 15-20 of them, we still kept getting bit, causing us to be unable to sleep; we eventually had to be switched to a new room at 1 am at night. On top of that, when we checked in, the receptionist told us that the buffet dinner was included. However, it turns out that he straight up lied to our faces, because when we were checking out the next day, they tried to charge us for the dinner. The staff was not apologetic at all. Overall, just a horrible unpleasant experience, do not stay here unless you want to ruin your trip.
