  Very good, comfortable hotel

  The property is very large with beautiful grounds and pool area. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. They had a very large buffet, numerous choices.. The food was okay and we were able to ate outside where it was quieter. There were many tourists, including several large tour groups. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience for a so-called 5-star hotel. We were put in a room full of mosquitos. Even after killing 15-20 of them, we still kept getting bit, causing us to be unable to sleep; we eventually had to be switched to a new room at 1 am at night. On top of that, when we checked in, the receptionist told us that the buffet dinner was included. However, it turns out that he straight up lied to our faces, because when we were checking out the next day, they tried to charge us for the dinner. The staff was not apologetic at all. Overall, just a horrible unpleasant experience, do not stay here unless you want to ruin your trip.

  An oasis to enjoy

  My husband and I are with a tour group. Stayed here one night. Just beautiful! Spread out with several outdoor places to hang out and chill. The pool is beautiful although we didn’t go in. Our room had everything we needed and were brought extra towels in a timely manner. Lovely flowers and movie memorabilia all over.

  Slightly overratedWe stayed at the Berbere Palace for two nights. Arriving there, we were missing a warm welcome. Neither did anybody help us with our luggage nor did anybody take us to our room. We did not receive any information about the facilities. Inside the restaurants there was a hectic atmosphere unappropriate for a five-star hotel so we decided to order something to our room the next evening. The room was spacious and nice. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. In the hotel there is a gym but nobody seems to take care of it - there were no towels and no tissue to desinfect the equipment after use. All in all, it was OK but compared to the other hotels where we stayed in Marocco, the worst experience.

  As part of our Moroccan tour we stayed at this hotel. This was one of the best hotels of the eight we stayed at. Great property. Well maintained and inviting. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was a good selection for breakfast and the buffet dinner. We would suggest this hotel to anyone in the area. A true 5*
