    We checked in at 4 pm. Our room was not ready. When it was, it had a terrible odor. We opened the large sliding door to the balcony. We went for a long walk. We got back at 7pm and the odor was still there. We then discovered that the toilet was leaking and there was liquid oozing out onto the floor. We told the front desk staff everything. We went to eat in the basic restaurant where there was a simple buffet. We went back to our room and same issues. The staff had done nothing. We packed towels around the base of the fixture to try to stop and absorb the leakage. It worked for a while but by morning the floor was showing the leakage again. We opened the sliding door to try to mitigate the odor. When we checked out I asked the front desk clerk to please not assign another guest to the room. We booked there because it was near the train station. That part was good.

    Older Style but Nice Hotel.

    An older style but nice hotel. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. We are dinner in the hotel restaurant and were very happy with our meal. The waiter in the restaurant was patient and friendly with our large group. Breakfast was good with many different options. The staff were all very efficient.

    I booked a non-refundable room, so they are in their right, but the hotel was absolutely not willing to cange the dates after I contacted them I could unexpectedly not make the original date. My own fault, but most hotels I dealt with were happy to be flexible towards clients when unexpected calamities came up. Too bad

    I found the accommodation perfectly acceptable and breakfast service ok. Room was very reasonably priced for a city centre hotel. Easy to find - 5 minute walk from train station. Rabat worth a visit...much cleaner and safer than Casablanca.
