    The pictures that advertise the Hotel were quite different to my experience ... definitely not my room or any of the public areas that I could see . Hotel in need of maintenance.. location is a business district so not great for tourists, unless you can find your way and walk for a bit.. .. was charged a different price for the same glass of mineral water in the afternoon and the evening and then had to ask the bar for my change and the bar staff actually askrd me to give him a cigarette twice..door handle came off in my hand, bedside light not working,wardrobe door had a piece missing, glass partion in bar area was cracked and due to workmen drilling you could not stay in the hotel in the day...the outdoor area looks over old buildings and abandoned empty lots and there were holes in the concrete covered with random tiles...quite unsafe..the room was clean but there was mould in the shower and the bed was too soft...could not get the curtains to close completely so had the streetlights shining in the room all night...very average experience

    The location is terrific. Just a couple of blocks from the Contemporary Art Museum, the Civilization Museum, a sunken square with restaurants (although the hotel restaurant is very good), and the tram.The rooms are very comfortable, but ask for a room that is not on the street side, although Rabat shuts down in the evening. There is a fridge and kettle in the room, and the bathrooms are nice and big. The beds are terrific with big fluffy duvets and plenty of pillows. You might want to ask for a room on the floor above reception that has a door that opens on to a terrace instead of a small balcony.The hotel restaurant "Relais de Paris" is excellent.     Awful experience: Accusations, broken AC, and terrible service

    If you expect standard Accor luxury boutique-level service, do not stay here. My experience was defined by incompetence and an atmosphere of suspicion.When I notified reception about a broken water tank on the Nespresso machine, instead of fixing it, they accused me of breaking it and threatened to charge me. I asked to speak to the manager, but they were conveniently “unavailable.” The accusations continued right through checkout, where they asked me again if I was sure I hadn’t broken it.The room itself was uncomfortably hot because the AC was broken. I set it to 19°C, but it stayed at 25°C. The engineer actually told me to turn off the thermostat and leave my door open to cool the room! They refused my request to move to a room with working AC and just offered me a fan. I had a terrible night’s sleep as a result.The final straw was the checkout process. I was asked if I used the minibar, and when I said no, the receptionist clearly didn’t believe me. He called someone in Arabic to go check the room and stalled me at the desk until he got the all-clear.This hotel treats its guests like suspects rather than valued customers. I have escalated this to Accor corporate and heard back from them, but the hotel management has remained completely silent. Avoid this place.
