  Nothing works in that hotel

  Unfortunately we got this Hotel under the recommendation of Opodo. The place for starters is in a horrible condition urgently needs maintenance. We changed two times the room and the two times the bathroom was not working... WC broken, draining system blocked.... We did not have chairs to sit or anything where to sit besides the beds... Cleaning was actually something we wished for the whole time .. avoid it if you can

  Standard of cleanliness is astonishing; it's non-existent! The toilet is disgusting and does NOT flush! The initial room assigned to us was "713," and my goodness, this was awful and depressing. The pictures posted by other travellers sum it all up. The 2 single beds in the room were so low, worn and dingy that it felt like the mattress was propped up by a layer of pallets. The towels looked like it has it's day, like the building and its rooms, which have been heavily photoshopped to attract travellers. We complained and were given another room, which was bigger, but the same trend of everything falling apart was held together by tape. The last straw was when I used the toilet, and there was hardly any water pressure to flush down my bodily mess. The toilet did not have an extractor fan, and it felt humid and wet. The bedroom smelled like there was no adequate ventilation to allow fresh air in. Also, when we were going to venture to the city centre, I went back to the hotel room and mistakenly approached the room next to ours, and my room card opened that door, with the horror of the female guest unpacking her suitcase, and my shock and embarrassment for not being more careful and vigilant about what I was doing. Both of us retested my card on her door and mine, to avoid confusion if she had left it slightly ajar, to both our surprise... my card did open her door and mine. I was very apologetic and went down to discuss this with my partner, and she had gone down to explain to the receptionist what had just transpired. Overall, stay clear of this HOTEL. I would give it a ZERO if it had given me the option to rate this S**tho*le. Oh, and do not let your partner book your hotel next time!Heavily photoshopped online! Reality vs Expectation is horrific. They give you an artist's impression of what it could be like when "the Reno" is done... but when? 100 ys from now?!

  $20 a night is too much for this place. There was mold in my room. the wifi was off. When I asked them, someone came and fixed it only for 30 minutes, then it was off again for the rest of my stay. cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The shower head was broken, the breakfast, tea, coffee all were cold. Horrible place. Some of the staff are nice but in a place like this, kind staff can't be much of a help. The TV had 4 channels, all fuzzy on the screen. I have pictures, but the site does not allow me to post.

  Incredibly disorganised and dirty. They ask you to leave your keys at reception whenever you leave and on 3 separate occasions the key was lost meaning we would have to wait for a manager with the master keys to drive to the hotel and unlock the room, often meaning waiting an hour in the lobby. On the 3rd occasion, the key was never found which meant every time we wanted to get into the room someone would have to let us in and every time they would accuse us of losing the keys and we would have to explain the whole situation again (through Google translate since nobody spoke English) even to the same receptionist twice in one day! The rooms were also very dirty with mould in the bathroom, a broken TV with it's pixels burnt out, sockets that will come out of the wall if you do not hold them back, bare wires and even on one occasion we returned to the room to find the toilet filled with blood. Very disappointed and will not be returning

  I stayed three days in this hotel, the staff are very attentive and always smiley face. The room service is very quick and room also much clean and cozy. The bed was incredible comfortable and pillow was soft.Any one can try once.
