    We had a 3 day business trip in Rabat and were recommended to stay in this great establishment.The hotel is really well situated in the Ambassadors District. The set up feels like an oasis, the rooms, the pool and gym facilities are in great condition and very tasteful. The staff is super professional and friendly, the service is impeccable.We had a great stay and can’t wait to be back. We highly recommend.     Not worth the price or the trip out of the city.

    First, be aware that the hotel is a 25 minute taxi ride outside of Rabat. We stayed here because of positive reviews but our experience was not positive. The bed was comfortable, yes. The outdoor pool was rather cold, and there is no steam bath or sauna available to guests who do not book a massage or hamman service. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful, with one significant exception, the front desk manager when we checked in; her name means “good news” in Arabic. Alas, she was bad news for us. We waited for an hour (late afternoon) before we were given room keys, then she mixed up the names and room numbers for us and the couple we were traveling with. She told us the dining room opened for dinner at 7:30 pm when it was in fact 7:00. She gave us a room with an adjoining room; although the door was locked, we could hear the man next door and smell his smoke, which drifted into our room from under the door. I note that there are no “no smoking” signs anywhere, so I don’t blame him, although I was later told smoking is not permitted in the hotel. The decor is modern, but with design issues like closet lights that won’t turn off and doors that are difficult to open. The color scheme is upscale brothel: hot pink, magenta, etc. Dinner was fine—they have a good chef. Breakfasts were marred by staff whose English and French were not operative. The “porridge” on the first day was delivered as a bowl of uncooked oats. The food is too expensive for the quality. If you usually book five star places, be aware that this hotel is not that. It looks glamorous but the veneer is false. Interestingly, the hotel solicited a review from me but the link was broken and they did not respond to my email asking for one that worked.     Overall OK but Bar and Breakfast need improvement

    Rooms are quite comfortable and clean. But the breakfast and bar serviceneed improve the efficiency (25 mins + for the breakfast at least, for business trip I don't recommand here) and the bar I waited for 25+ mins without success.
