  One of Staff old man grey/white hair Mustache smokes all the time was very unpleasant , rude makes your stay uncomfortable. This ruined ours holiday and children’s. You must be firm with him and other staff if they are rude as you paid for the service not paid to be treated badly. If they find opportunity to make some money on the side they will try their luck. rooms Untrained unprofessional staff watch you all time like they you are a criminal. When complained about room their treatment and response was very bad and their response said we should not rent people like you how racist and derogatory . We paid for room, so should be able to enjoy our stay peacefully without any drama. Basically they want to put up with problems in room and bad treatment and not highlight your concerns . when put forward concerns they turn very rude and abusive. This was from old man with white hair and Mustache. He always had unwelcome looks which makes you feel uncomfortable never met a rude man like this in my life in my 38 years of travel. Its like you paying to be abused. Sorry never again coming here,. Also what spoilt it making scene in front of my young minor children instead talking to me privately, he sure knows how to spoil a holiday. Very unwelcoming and unpleasant experience.Worn out toilet seats , I don’t believe flats were never cleaned entire time we were thereThe flats large but some furniture not good state eg broken toilet seats to sit on , rocky chairs and some other worn furniture and shower. We did suffer few mosquito bites . the treatment spoiled our holiday even though just slept there at night left early morningLook for cheaper hotel or apartment plenty around in tangiers

  watch out with this place , bad staff

  huge flat but 2 bedrooms 2 living rooms 2 bath rooms can accomidate 6 people if had extra beds but only 2 beds, Remember not paying for room but you paying per head so paying for each person stays there . a lot funture need to be careful of eg table not stabe be carful does not fall or may be charged for it. toliet seat cracked. some mosquitos so bring replient .watch out for staff at reception they are there 24 hours and try their luck to get extra cash from you in euros even though morrocco in dirhams and cheap country. You should not be paying eureo prices for a much cheap dirham country like morrocoo .watch out for staff at reception they try their luck get money out of you.If try they make you offers to extras or pay extra for stuff dont back down then they will leave you . basically pay local tax and not for anything extra as you pre booked and pre paid should not be extra costs.Also bad staff all need customer training especailly old man with greyish hair always smoking very unfrendly and rude. crosses boundries he should not and acts as ownwes you or better than you. He gets upset when dont give him money . He says dumb rude things and rude behaviour. He is reason why never stay here again . We here on holiday with family not to be treated rudliy and disrespected or taken advantage of as we are tourist . This man will put you not just off allia hotel but put you off morroco too, make you feel you never want to come back.Also rooms were out dated and not claened ever during time we stayed there.Dont forget get insect replient as some mosquitos

  The bald man of the reception and the “security” man that stares and give you bad looks anytime you pass. Not professional at all especially if they are supposed to work with turist. For sure I’ll not come again since I was planning another trip in Tangier

  Very friendly staff here. The hotel is older and has retro furnishings but I thought it was kind of cool. Our apartment was gigantic! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms and a kitchen. We only stayed one night, it was affordable and comfortable. Is it the nicest hotel in town, no but definitely a lot of bang for your buck.

  The Appart hotel Alia is good hotel. The appartments are furnished enough. The kitchen is a little simplier equipped. Wi-fi working well. A problem is the smell from outside. The savage water smells from neighbouring river and the smoke of burning rabish storage is comming very often.
