This hotel commands a view over the bay of Tangiers and the Straits of Gibraltar. The nearest sandy beach is located within 30 m from the hotel. It is around a 25 minute drive to the airport.     This is a nice hotel located right across the street from the beach. We had a deluxe room with a little balcony with a water view. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a large selection of good quality food. My only complaint was the service, of lack of, at the roof top bar. We waited 20 minutes for service and no one waited on us so we left. There was plenty of staff so I am not sure why they could not be bothered to wait on us. We ended us ordering room service which was very fast.
