Location

The hotel is exceptionally placed on the quick axis which links the harbour to the airport. It is very close to the centre of the business district and administrative heart of the city, and is attached to a luxury commercial gallery.

    The worst! Please don’t go there. There a plenty of good hotels in tangier pleaseeeee don’t trow your money away on this so called hotel. Rooms are old and molded funky smell, everything feels and smell wet. Food is so bad and got sick, made a claim a they just put a smirk on there face and went away. Staff not friendly reception sooooo unprofessional a serious outrage and just a joke. The so called manager, biggest liar there. Doesn’t solve anything disappears when he sees a problem and hides. He claims to solve a serious problem and lies in your face. You think it’s solved and comes with an other explanation making him the victim. I will never ever in my life go there again, rather sleep outside on the streets.

    Great experiencestaying in this hotel exelent location very near and walking distance to shoping arabe.we was lucky to be upgraded to a superior room with window the hotel provided complementary brekfast buffet . local morocaine and international meals ..the staffs services are exellent throughout and verry attentive we much appreciated being served by them thank you very much for your hospitality will be back.

    Nightmare Stay – This Hotel Was a Complete Disaster

    I stayed in this hotel in Tangier and it was one of the worst experiences ever. It was supposed to be a triple room, but they just threw in an extra bed without cover or setup. The sheets and towels were dirty and stained. The room smelled like mold, the blankets were torn, and the phone didn’t even work. I had to go down to reception multiple times. The mini fridge was broken and empty, no coffee machine, no kettle, no safe, is that a 4 starts hotel ? The service was shockingly bad. The two women at reception were rude and dismissive. They ignored my requests, walked away while I was talking, and gave us only one room key for three people. When we arrived at 2 PM, I politely asked if the room was ready, they refused to check and said "No, it’s at 3 PM"To make it worse, we had a horrible night with banging noises, dragging furniture, and loud hammering from the room above until 1 AM. I even recorded videos and voice notes. Reception claimed "no one is staying above", really? Then at 8 AM, a porter came to kick us out saying "Sorry, wrong room", after telling us nobody was there above us?Is the hotel haunted or were they messing with us? I feel scammed. Nearly €300 for this disaster. I came for a relaxing weekend with my mother and sister, and it was completely ruined. This hotel doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Avoid it at all costs.

    My god could anything else go wrong... door key did not work. Come back and ac does not work... come back no towels...And then they say a fan only with no ac cold aspect is working to them. What's a joke. Then shower in the morning works for a second then does not. Morocco is awful. I will never return.
