    Disgusting filthy dirty excuse for a hotel. It shows 5 stars i would describe it as a dirty hostel.the rooms are dated with filthy dirty furnishings. The carpets are filthy dirty stained worn out and we're never cleaned during our stay. We cut our losses and bought a new flight home and would never return to such a decrepit excuse of a hotel Advice to others thinking of staying. Don't.

    ProsLovely large rooms, powerful shower, friendly staff, bottles of water left daily in room, food in the 1 restaurant that was open was fantastic, breakfast was plentiful with freshly cooked omelettes available.Spa lovely I had an amazing massage. Housekeeping and porters friendly and helpful.ConsPool bar, snack bar and shop never opened for the whole 7 days we were here, for lunch the only option was the 1 restaurant that was open during our stay or told to walk to the shops which when wet from swimming not really an option. the only place to get a drink while sunbathing was the main restaurant.Out of 3 coffee machines at breakfast only 1 worked for the whole week, and never enough cups available at breakfast.The lock on the door to my room stopped working reported it and they attended very quickly and it appeared mended, but returned to room at the end of the day to find the cleaners hadn't locked my room.We had a lovely time but I would not return.

    Do not stay here at all! Avoid at all costs. This is not a 5 Star hotel at all! 3 star is the most I will give them. Most disgusting & deceiving hotel in my entire stays at hotels. The carpets are old, smelly and ripped off. Looks like an abandoned building with incompetent staff who were rude and unenthusiastic. The service was very slow when asking them to deliver towels. The soap ran out on day one and was not refilled and we had to ask them several times to deliver. The phone did not work, so we would have to go downstairs to ask for the phone to be fixed and any other issues we had. Took more than 36 hours for the phone to be fixed. They charged 3 euros per coffee capsules for the room which is unheard of, as it's supposedly a 5 star hotel. The shower drain was blocked and smelt so bad and so was the sink. TV has 3 channels that didn't work well. The hotel was not inviting and empty. The screen doors did not lock and were not sound proof! Breakfast was the same everyday and I just got back home very sick with a stomach bug from the crappy food that I ate when I left.

    Month of September we're six of us staying in this hotel for four nights. Because of low season they provided us a three suites.......rooms are very spacious and very good breakfast all the staff are very friendly and helpful Thank you very much......

    Most disgusting & deceiving hotel in my entire stays at hotels.Stayed in a suite at near $ 500.00 a night.The mattress is so thin it was probably never changed in years ,, shower clogged and you have to shower in your dirt ,,, shower head broken with zero pressure.The pool very murky , the life guard said UT was just high Ph ??? Charged me 120.00 dirhams at check in when I asked why I was told it s a city tax ????Please stay away ,,,, I wondered why was the hotel near empty
