    More annoyed at the attitude of the staff than the theft.

    I came as a day guest and my T-shirt was stolen. It was an expensive T-shirt, but my complaint is not about the theft but how it was handled. I reported this at 13.30, and still had no resolution by 20.30 when our taxis arrived. Staff kept telling me to go to different areas in the hotel. To come back at a certain time and when I did I had to start explaining the situation again. At 18.00 the head of security told me that he would handle the situation, check CCTV and come back to my within an hour. I never heard from him again. At 20.00 I’d had enough. I checked LinkedIn and asked the night manager, Taha boukrntar, the GM’s email address. He refused and told me I could not speak to him either. I asked for their complaints procedure and was told that there isn’t one and that my complaint should be directed to the local Police Station. We asked what Hilton’s complaints procedure was as a whole and he laughed and told me that there is no complaints procedure. Absolute madness, and nothing to do with a language barrier, he did not want me to have any contact with Julien Besancon under any circumstances. I’m well travelled and as a Director stay in good standard hotels several times a month. My issue was not with the theft of a £300 t-shirt, I must take some accountability first that as I left it unattended, but with the lack of assistance overall and the incredible rudeness of Taha boukrntar

    We came for a family trip with our 3 children and had a lovely experience, the swimming pool was very entertaining and kids /teen clubs were especially fantastic, kept them busy and engaged, they did football, henna, face painting, Moroccan picnic, special thanks to Btissam, Noura and all the kids/teen club staff.

    Great hotel and service. Spent a long weekend in family. Particularly appreciated the infrastructure and service.
