    We had an amazing stay at the Royal Tulip Hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast was so good with lots of choice, the room was lovely, and the whole hotel felt very comfortable and well looked after. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — especially Aziz the manager and Ashraf one of the waiters who was so friendly and attentive. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay again.

    Great hotel but don’t use spa

    **Fantastic stay at the Royal Tulip!** The hotel experience was excellent—the hospitality was spot on, and the staff were exceptional, especially **Fathine** and her colleague at reception (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall). They went out of their way to arrange a late check-out for me, making my stay even more comfortable. However, the **Royal Spa**, which is linked to the hotel, was a disappointment. While it may not be directly managed or owned bythe hotel, the owner's daughter of the spa personally promised us a one-hour massage**, yet we received **only 45 minutes**—despite the high price. The service and overall experience at the spa were poor. The ladies working there were professional and hardworking, but it was evident they were treated unfairly—expected to work long hours without proper compensation. **I strongly advise against using the Royal Spa.** We raised our concerns with the hotel, though it’s clear this issue is beyond their control. Definitely will visit hotel again but never the spa . Thank you hotel

    SPA fechado, sem aviso prévio; pequeno-almoço pobre, quartos a precisar de manutenção nas casas de banho. Hotel grande, vazio, parecia que tinha saído do apocalipse zombie. Ponto positivo: simpatia do staff. --//--SPA closed without warning; poor breakfast, rooms in need of bathroom maintenance. Large, empty hotel, like something out of the zombie apocalypse. Positive point: friendliness of the staff.

    Nice enough but not a tourist hotel

    Unfortunately although the Royal Tulip has an impressive rating, it is important to know that some of the services here are less than great. The room was lovely and had a bath, though shower blew hot and cold. The hotel seemed to cater more for business travellers, and during our stay a conference there made the breakfast area completely over subscribed. 4 sunbeds around the pool and not a very welcoming area as had been shut up for winter including the pool bar. The spa and indoor pool were cost extras, including the equivalent of 20 euros per hour to use the indoor pool. Without this spa I'm not sure how the hotel earns it's star rating. I'm sure in summer months this would feel v different but beware if you are a UK traveller looking for half term sun.
