    Today, I am writing this review with great satisfaction and happiness regarding the excellent treatment and warm hospitality I received from the entire hotel team. I would especially like to highlight the room service staff particularly Majda, along with Ikram and Fatima who were incredibly kind and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I sincerely thank them for their outstanding service. I will certainly be visiting again very soon

    We had the best two night stay at Sofitel Tamuda Bay. We cannot praise the staff enough (too many to mention by name) for their attentive service to detail. The hotel is super clean, with a great breakfast and spa. A big shout out to Room Service for organising a birthday cake and making me feel very special on my birthday.
