Location

The hotel is located on the beach at the foot of the promenade, with spectacular views of the Strait of Gibraltar and the bay of Tangier. It is situated 5 km from Marrakech. There are restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Tangier train station is about 5 min away on public transport and the beach is a 2-minute walk away.

Facility

6 junior suites, 6 suites, 24 apartments, 100 single rooms and 106 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers tennis. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a dance club and a nightclub.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. The hotel offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board and full board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet gives guests many delicious reasons to get out of bed in the morning. At lunch and dinner, there are plenty of tempting options at the buffet or à la carte.     I checked inby evening, at bight the security gard (tall bold and in 40-50s) started harrassing me and I ended up giving him 200dh so that he leaves me in peace.It was humiliating and I already shared the info with my work superiors.     I stayed here in rooms 1537 and 1503Apart from.a mishap.with restaurant staff and manager the rest of stay was good and comfortable Spa experience was amazing.Laila at spa reception Shaima and Madiha were amazing at massage services.Money well spentRooms were cleaned thoroughly thanks to Ghita and Salma.Restaurant manager and his staff require retraining and reprimanding for their behaviour and conduct.Definitely recommend the hotel for it's location Kenzi Solazur, General Manager at Kenzi Solazur Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for your wonderful review and kind words.     Excellent staff but worn hotel.

    I think the hotel was well worn and needs a painting inside and outside and bathroom refurbishment. The staff were excellent. The bathrooms grout was worn and looked discoloured. The carpet in the duplex was shabby and frayed. The food was very good and the massage was excellent. Housekeeping staff were excellent.     We stayed for one night in Room 1554.Room – Cons1-The bathroom had some mold in the shower.2-No towels were provided at check-in; we had to request them.3-It was impossible to sleep due to nonstop noise throughout the night — the room is not soundproof.Room – Pros1-Free Wi-Fi.2-Amenities included hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, two complimentary bottles of water.3-The room had a fridge and a safe.LocationThe hotel is located next to the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was extremely dirty, with stray cats, dogs, horse droppings, and garbage scattered around. However, there are many nearby places to eat, as well as supermarkets and shops.Hotel Grounds1-There is an outdoor swimming pool.2-The restaurant offers buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner.3-Spa/Massage services are available (though we didn’t use them).BuffetWe only had breakfast and dinner, which were included in our package. Note that drinks — including water — are not complimentary. Breakfast was good, but dinner was just okay, as it followed a fixed menu.Overall ImpressionThe bellboy provided minimal assistance with our luggage, barely helping us from the stairs to the lobby. Overall, we do not recommend this hotel due to the excessive noise at night. At best, it should be considered a 3-star property.
