  We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we had to wait two full hours just to receive our room, despite checking in on time. When we finally got the room, it was in terrible condition: broken furniture, dirt everywhere, and an overall neglected appearance.Even worse, there were insects crawling around the room, and we had no idea whether they were harmless or potentially dangerous. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel at this price point.Would not recommend – we will definitely not be coming back.

  The worst hotel ever. The service is sooo bad and the team is not at all professional especially the manager who know nothing about costumer service. All in all a very bad experience in a hotel with an excellent potential. I do not recommand it to anyone.

  Dangerous people and dangerous equipment

  FOREIGNERS BEWARE I’ve never had a more terrible experience, aside from the hotel staff not providing us a comfortable stay I was threatened by the manager of the property/amusement park manager to be arrested and sent to jail. I went to their amusement park and the first place I went was to their go karts. 2 laps into the race I crashed full speed into a wall of tires, THE BRAKES DID NOT WORK. I braked and felt oil spew onto my right side before sliding out and crashing. Still shaken and confused by what happened they quickly brought another cart and told me to get in and I just listened to them. The very next cart would also break down when the chain came flying off. At this point my family and I exited the due to concerns for our safety and well being. The rest of my family who were next up to race decided it was not safe and that a refund was better than risking their life after watching me crash. The employees called someone who I assume was in charge. Not only did he refuse to refund my family who were waiting for the next race he acted like a child telling me “go karts aren’t safe” “it’s your fault the brakes went out” and finally “if you keep asking me for money I will pass out and call the police saying you hit me” he said this in front of a crowd of people in front of many cameras. I could write a book with all the excuses he gave as to why it was my fault his karts are broken and how unsafe this amusement park is.Just don’t come here

  Disaster all Over.

  Too many untrained personal, they seem willing to help, but unable due to the fact that they’re not equipped. Appears they were given uniforms and asked to perform tasks. Two towels per a family of 4, requested extra, none got delivered, absent WIFI. A genius designer came up with the idea of putting slippery tiles next to a giant swimming pool, I guess owners are not aware of the concept of Liability. No phone number to contact front desk, the one provided appears to be disconnected. Also, waited for almost an hour to check in, most of it awaiting from desk manager’s approval that we prepaid. Worst, is the amusement park, my kids paid for Karting, the first Kart, had no brakes, my nephew slammed into a wall, injured his ribs and back, front line employees, took the Kart to a garage for repairs, main guy came and denied the whole thing, refused to return money…it almost turned into a brawl. My 9 year old daughter, refused to get into a rollercoaster after witnessing an employee with a wrench in his hand trying to fix a car while rollercoaster was in motion. Again, concept of liability is absent. Stay away from this Hotel, stay away from the amusement park. Can’t speak of the water park, didn’t go and won’t. Disaster all over!

  L'Escale Appart-Hôtel:I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Escale Smir Park Hotel. The housekeeping staff's incompetence was infuriating as they repeatedly took towels from the bathroom and only returned them after multiple calls and a long wait until the next day. The receptionist's constant lies on the phone about the staff being on the way to help us add to our frustration and made us question the hotel's integrity.Furthermore, the promised WiFi was non-existent. We were unable to connect to the internet throughout our stay, making it difficult to communicate with the outside world and access essential information.To add insult to injury, the electricity kept shutting off daily around 5 pm, disrupting our showers and causing our groceries to melt and spoil in the fridge. This lack of basic utilities is unacceptable for any hotel.Moreover, the swimming pool was a disappointment as it was far too small for the size of the hotel. The overcrowding made it an unpleasant experience, and to make matters worse, the kids' pool's water was never changed, leaving it unsanitary and unhygienic.In summary, my stay at Escale Smir Park Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of incompetent housekeeping, non-functional WiFi, regular electricity outages, and poor pool maintenance made it an unforgettable and negative experience. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as the lack of basic services and amenities reflects a severe lack of care and professionalism on their part. Choose a different hotel for a more enjoyable and comfortable stay.Aquapark: I had a terrible experience at Smir Park swimming pool. The engineer responsible for designing the pool seemed to have no regard for safety or user experience. The pool itself was disappointingly small, and the lack of space made it difficult to enjoy any real swimming.What was even worse, when using the toboggan, there was no consideration for the landing area. As you come down the slide, you end up hitting a hard surface, causing discomfort and even injuries. I witnessed several people, including myself, getting hurt and bruised after the toboggan ride.It is evident that the management prioritizes cost-cutting over providing a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors. I would strongly advise against visiting this swimming pool until they make significant improvements and prioritize customer safety and satisfaction.
