    Sad it wasnt a 4* property . Location is too far from the airport 1hr especially if you are arriving late from Tangier airport with a bad experience from the recommended transfer service from Lukas car rental offered by Mouna, hotel needs an overall uplift fresh paint touch up, deep cleaning, bugs sprays in rooms, plumbing check as the water doesn't drain after showering, curtains in room with holes should be removed, broken TV with no apps and only local channels in Arabic, 5% of staff can speak very very little English, onsite souvenir shop closed, dirty carpets in hallways reduce standard of hotel, people fighting for food at all meal times.Thanks to Richad and Mohamed in bar who made it special and Fatimza in restaurant nice courteous service even if she couldnt speak English she was pleasant and the hammam massage was great sadly no english would have wanted a massage and reflexology but language barrier, and huge thanks to Faza in animation so glad to have met her made the week stay a pleasure for my son and I.

    They just get everything right. Comfortable beds, good quality food and drinks, very clean, and very welcoming. If you just want to stay put and soak up the sun then this is the place for you. It’s a bit remote for day trips - but we booked the amazing Tangier Taxis that then made the hotel perfect.

    We spent 5 nights at this hotel late March and it was absolutely wonderful. Extremely great value for money. The hotel was nice and quiet myself and my two teenage children were thrilled with the location, the room , the food and the staff. The staff were all friendly but not in that over familiar way that starts to irritate. I don’t often write reviews but on this occasion I was moved to do so. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and enjoy good food.

    aamzing animation team at Lixus beach resort! thanks to Housna, the best zumba and pilates coach, and so great at meditation too,, and thanks also to Ahmed the excellent fitnrss trainer, and I must mention the incredible circus show by the members of the animation team.
