    EXCELLENT LYLA HOTEL, VERY COMFORTABLE AND ALSO GRATIFYING ATTENTION, THE ROOMS WITH AN ENVIABLE VIEW. I RECOMMEND IT FOR BUSINESS TRIPS, TO HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH THE FAMILY. AND TAKE VERY PLEASANT MOMENTS AND MEMORIES. RECOMMENDATIONS TO MAKE TOUR PACKAGES FOR LATIN AMERICA SO THAT MANY PEOPLE CAN SCHEDULE THEIR VACATIONS AND WE CAN PROVIDE THEM WITH A VACATION PLAN AND HAVE MANY INFLUXES OF LATIN AMERICAN TOURISTS.     I would like to share my bad experience with you. The first day of my stay I did call ahead to let them know that we'll be coming from a long distance, but confirmed that we will be there that day. The receptionist stated to me that my room is ready, but when we arrived that night, two female receptionists came to our service, and told us that our room is not available, because they did't know that we were coming, that tells me there was no communication between the receptionists. They gave us the worst room in the hotel that night, the room light kept turning off, because the two girls receptionists did not know that they were supposed to leave the room card in wall scanner to keep the light on..that's first. The room was dirty, the shower in the bathroom did't have a door and the floor got really wet. They did give us another room the next day, but it was in the same condition as the first, except the room was a little bigger and facing the ocean that you can barely see. When we arrived at night, there was intoxicated men at the entrance of the hotel holding open bottles of beer in public. The TV was not working. The only ok not great thing that I would say about the hotel it was the breakfast. I traveled with my small family to many countries and stayed at the hotels there, but never experienced anything this bad. We went out after our arrival looking for available room to stay, unfortunately there was none available, because of a high season. There is no activities at this Hotel at all.
