    Mr Miloud offered outstanding customer service

    I spent three nights at the hotel. On arrival I did not like my room for an issue with the air-conditioning. I approached the reception, Mr Miloud tried his best to fix it yet when realised it might take time, he kindly went the extra mile and changed my room with an upgrade. All staff at the reception, the general services and the resturant were helpful, cooperative and friendly. I will use this hotel any time I am in Tangier, that's for sure.

    The hotel’s location was superb. Right smack in front of the marina Bay. Good for morning or evening walks along the shore. Very good view of the city and a stone’s throw away from the Medina. Shops and restaurants. The amenities of the hotel is very good. Breakfast was also complete and yummy. The interior design is very interesting. They have pictures of famous people all around even on the elevator doors . Could be that these personalities had visited tangier before.? The decor was very unique. I highly recommend this hotel for your bodily to Tangier.

    An historic hotel on the Tangier cornice opposite the Marina. Great location, only a 15 minutes walk from the Medina. The hotel has been refurbished completely and the interior is modern and well maintained. We booked a room on the internal side, overlooking the swimming pool, which was quite, while the rooms on the water front have a spectacular view, but could be noisy due to the traffic. Our room was spacious and well appointed, with a large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was OK, large enough and with a spacious shower. Breakfast is served on the first floor and offer plenty of salad and sweet options, including Moroccans and international dishes, plus fresh made omelettes or fried eggs. Very good check in and fast check out. Overall a very positive experience.

    My family stayed here as part of a tour group. The hotel is well decorated and stylish. It is located near the marina. There is not any outside noise to disturb one's sleep (we were on the 2nd floor). The room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant was very good with excellent service.Not warm enough to try the outdoor pool.

    If you are used to stay in luxury hotels this is not your choice 🔴🔴The hotel in a good location close to the Marina and the old city but the hotel without heating No Bidet in the toiletHair dryer out of order Mini bar refrigerator not working No free drinking water in the room The staff are amazing and very helpful they brought external heater for me Specially Wafaa she did her best to solve all the problems Housekeeping and reception staff were perfect with all the others Fast lundary service Nice breakfast buffet and swimming pool First floor toilet was with broken handlesThe hotel need more maintenance
