Location

This hotel is located in the heart of the Marina Smir seaside resort, between the Rif Mountains and a marvellous beach of white sand. Marina can be reached in 5 minutes by foot and Meridiana is just 8 km away. Points and cities of interest are located within travelling distance from the hotel, for example Tangier and Chaouen (70 km) Tetouan and Ceuta (20 km) while Port de plaisance de Marina can be reached in a 5-minute walk.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 119 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Discusting hotel. Reviews are fake.Bunch of dishonest owners.Stay away. You wont be able to sleep due to mosquitos and loud music. Food is mediocre and overpriced.Rooms are dirty. Towels are old and uncleaned. They will overcharge your credit cardinal.

    Even though we booked a premium room we realised at 11 o'clock at night that our room was exactly below the terrace where the disco was and very loud music (crap) stopped only at 5 in the morning. We called asking to stop but nothing happened. We asked for a partial refund but nothing was given. Unfair. If you want to sleep at night don't go there. Plus the beach of the hotel is very dirty.

    The hotel is in the heart of marina smir.We really appreciated the professionalism of the staff. Service was fantastic.Rooms are clean.Breakfast was nice.Tennis court...Don't hesitate to come over.

    A very warm welcome at the reception up on arrival by Mr. Alawi made us feel like we are coming back home.Mr. Alawi was very friendly und very professional, he offered us a room upgrade without even asking for it.The room was very nice (decoration, clean, top quality) as the whole hotel. The area and location for the Hotelis in a green area and in a quiet place where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The bar experience was also amazing witha great and friendly service staff. After the bar visit, we received the next surprise from Mr. Alawi, fruit basket, wateras well as the offer for free Moroccan Hammam. Again, we felt like we are so welcome and over the Top.Next day breakfast was a very good start with a very friendly Staff offering you every kind of food you want and as long as you want.The Moroccan Hammam was also a very nice experience to us offered by a professional and friendly staff and in a very hygiene environment.Because of the great experience with this Hotel we decided to stay one more night.Overall, very nice clean and quite Hotel in a great location. Professional and friendly Staff. Thank you, Mr. Alawi and team, for making us feel like we are in heaven during these 2 days.For sure we will come back to stay in your Hotel and we will recommend this Hotel to all our close friends

    perfect place to be !I stayed with my mother in the hotel Marina smir and I was very satisfied by everything. Very clean in all the way.Beautiful spa and I would like to thanks the general manager of the établissement Mrs Alaoui and a special thanks to the spa responsable Mrs Fatema Zahra for all the perfect job that they're doing. I recommend seriously this hotel for a good and relaxing stay.
