    Avoid at all costs. I called 60 days in advance to cancel and they couldn’t find my reservation. Then they charge me the full amount for not showing. When I called in they said they said they couldn’t find my confirmation number ( I had never received any confirmation emails). They then said they would only charge me for one day ( they charged me for 3).

    Excellent Boutique style Hotel

    This hotel met every expectation! Adorable, boutique style hotel nestled safely in West LA with great access to everything including Target, Starbucks and multiple eateries within walking distance. It was also centrally located to all of the attractions such as Universal Studios, Santa Monica pier, Hollywood sign & walk of fame. Parking (which is very rare in this area) WiFi, & breakfast included. This hotel had clean rooms & elevator access. We will definitely stay here when we come back to CA.

    Wow what a place, super clean, large bedrooms (we had a balcony) with a small kitchenette, bath over a shower, table and chairs in the room and two king size beds! Breakfast on a morning is basically a continental with a pancake machine which tasted amazing. Various bagels, cereals, coffees and juices on offer and you can take them back to your room if you wished!

    Surprising little gem! I stayed here for a night when moving my daughter into UCLA. What a great spot! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The room looked nice and new (they are in the process of remodeling all of the rooms). We had a stovetop, a microwave, toaster, mini fridge, a table with 4 chairs, pullout couch in the living area and a separate bedroom and jack and Jill style bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was very accommodating and parking was free (tight spaces and you may need to leave your keys if you double park). The location can't be beat! Literally around the corner from Target, Trader Joes and Ralphs and a short walk to the UCLA campus. I typically stay in Hilton or Marriott chains for the points/perks, but I will definitely be back to the Royal Palace Westwood.

    Thank you, Robert for helping me get a room. You are wonderful. Thank you to all the staff that helped us with my husband. You are so kind. I love this hotel and so lucky to have found this hotel. it’s so nice to have a suite with a beautiful patio or the balcony is wonderful also. The breakfast is fabulous. My husband loves the pancake machine. They’re so thoughtful of this hotel. They even have sugar-free syrup for the pancakes. I hope you get to enjoy this hotel as much as we did, we have been here a few times and we always feel like we’re so lucky since we have to go to Ucla medical for my husband‘s treatment. also very easy to get the Shuttle Ucla medical you don’t even have to drive. The parking is included with the rate of your hotel no extra or hidden fees.
