  The Hotel is Nice design and location wise however needs a lot of efforts maintenance and service wise. Lack of paying attention to the details and cleanliness. The Hotel ranking is 5 stars but in reality q8 far behind...

  the sound of the night clubs was horribe and way too loud, we had to ask for a refund and leave at the middle of the night and as it was winter time we struggled that night to get another place We could not sleep at all and we left the hotel at 1amBy the way rooms had no toileteries, one towel only and it bathrooms were very dirty not sure how he got a 5 stars

  1) When arriving – no name of the Hotel, so finding is a guess. Building outside construction, so you are not sure if this is actually a Hotel.2) Reception is very tiny (more then 4 people can not move at the same time!)3) Couldn’t make payment at arrival due to failure of their Credit card terminal4) Hotel inside very “cold”, empty hall. 5) Room spacious, but very dark (main room only 3 small bed side lamps with max 40 watts)6) Large TV – but didn’t work. Mechanics came, worked for 30 minutes and replaced for a small tv that didn’t work either. After another 30 minutes worked. But of 1,000 programs, only 4 English speaking, no German…7) I had asked if there is a coffee maker, which they replied positively. So there is a nespresso machine, but no coffee tabs?!? Even the next day, no water and no coffee tabs. Promised for the 3rd day.8) Bathroom is also very dark; fictures are all loose, get off when you touch them. The soap tray hangs off the wall as well as the power supply of the hair dryer. All VERY much run down. Shower can not really be fixed and is flooding the whole bathroom.9) Entrance, bathroom, toilette all have mold on the walls. Terrible smell and look and one would definitely get sick if staying for more then a few days with that mold.10) Breakfast – was a true joke. One Joghurt, small samples of butter, jam, peanut butter, honey, orange juice and some french bread. No saussage, cheese, fruit….

  We had the chance to discover the calife hotel with it's wonderful sky lounge restaurant and bar, the staff of the hotel was nice, we spent a memorable moment there, we immediately lucky to find it we will sure be back one day and will recommande it to all out friends.   Wonderful staff still a little something lacking to be a 5 star

  My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a day while in Tangier.The staff (especially the owner and the receptionist) were extremely helpful and sweet. (as to girls traveling alone we had questions concerning our attire etc.) The room was nice and clean and we had good wifi reception. I was satisfied with our stay there for what we payed.
