    Tangier might not be a place I would like to visit again but I would never regret having lunch at Palais Zahia. Jamal made my experience in Morocco very pleasant, such a great,humorous way he had, to change my mood and made my last day memorable. Absolutely great service, very professional, warm welcoming and great atmosphere. Very easy to communicate, as he knew so many different languages and that was ver helpful. Jamal, thank you for being such a great human being. They are lucky to have you.

    Worst Stay in Morocco

    We had booked a room for 3, but the hotel staff squeezed us into a double and even initially refused us an extra bed for my son. When finally provided, there was no space to walk. The air conditioning did not work properly, and ended up leaking on us as we entered the room and left a large puddle soaking my wife's suitcase. They offered a room change, but it was after midnight and my young son was sleeping. When we requested a refund, the owner ignored us. Peeling paint and a bland breakfast topped off the stay. Do yourself a favour and get better quality and value from any other hotel. Worst stay in Morocco.

    We stayed in the family rooms and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable from the ferry, which made arriving very convenient. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop each morning and also had a lovely dinner there one evening. It was a little noisy at night, but the atmosphere and overall experience made it well worth it. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

    We were recommended this restaurant for lunch. The lamb tagline was superb. The service was as well courteous & efficient. The lower floor seemed very nice but we were requested to lunch on the first floor. Ambiance was alright. Toilet was messy.
