    Our stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Tangier was a very bad experience overall. I stayed there with my wife.The night reception staff were very kind and helpful, but unfortunately the morning reception was not good at all. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception, which I find very unacceptable and unprofessional for a hotel of this category.The room was not clean, poorly maintained, and there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke everywhere, including inside the room. Noise also made it difficult to rest.Because of these issues, we did not even have breakfast. Overall, we did not feel well treated as guests. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for couples or non-smokers. We will not return.

    A big Bravo 10/10 to the hard-working and professional kitchen staff. They were running everywhere to provide an amazing service for breakfast. And whenever something run out they provide it in less than 1 minute. (a special mention to the man with the white chef hat, he is professional, helpful and hard working).What we didn’t like : The room is so small and the curtains are so dirty. There was dust on the sofa. The towels weren’t clean enough. The hallway carpet is so ugly and dirty. The water goes all the way to the door while taking a shower. The rolling toilet paper MUST be new not USED. You must mention that you are not RESPONSIBLE for your own parking lot. The hotel’s decor relied heavily on the colour red which I found it depressing and negatively impacted my mood. It’s better to choose calming and cheerful colours such as blue/beige/ grey. Lowering the mirror that’s above the table will be much better, many women, including my self, prefer to do hair/ makeup while sitting in a chair rather than standing. The pool wasn’t open in the morning which is a bad thing, it should be cleaned early not at 11 AM. High price for a low quality.

    Very bad experience at Ramada!

    I was attending an event at this hotel, I had a terrible experience—the entire staff was completely unaware of their responsibilities! When I arrived at the buffet two hours before it closed, there was no food and the serving had not been replenished. Additionally, there were not enough chairs for everyone, so more than twenty people had to watch the two-hour entertainment while standing, and the barman was a robber who never gave back the change!

    Staff are so disrespectful, they have really bad attitude, like they are forced to work. Their answers are impolite and inadmissible !! Never seen such dorks !! Badge not working. Everytime we had to go down to charge it. No lights in the bathroom, I called them many times to prepare it. Their communication is so bad and worse than any hotel I have been to. I asked them many times about towels. They give only 1 for 2 adults !! Breakfast is poor, the buffet is not a buffet. Chemical juice. The swimming pool is dirty, they don't change it within days. There were only 6 transats for the whole hotel !! When I asked her to check if electrician came to repair the light, she told me you ll go up and you ll figure !!! And if not you call me. And when I called, that stupid lady was not answering !!! When I asked to change the room to have a room for 2, they said OK but right after they said ah no, we don't have availability and we waited long time. I have already booked through booking and I showed her the confirmation, she said no you didn't pay and she was raising her voice and being savage and making noises like I stole things from hotel. No respect. No manner to communicate. The girls in reception are there just for decoration with makeup but they are useless. The owner will lose a lot of money if those creature stay there. I dont recommend. It turned to negative vacation. This is not a 3 star it is minus 3 star hotel.

    We had a very pleasant week there in August. Just be careful when using the car park. A man in a hi-vis jacket might try to get you to pay. He's not connected to the hotel and you have no obligation to hand over any money. I was struggling to talk to him. Hotel security got involved and interpreted that for 'protection' I should pay. Instead of moving the man on security encouraged me to pay. I refused, they followed me into the reception area demanding money.The receptionist confirmed that I didn't owe any money and the men left. It felt like the security guard sided with the man to intimidate me instead of looking after me, a guest at the hotel.Just be careful.
