    STAY AWAY

    rating04 Sept 2025

Worst experience of my life. They had dirty and old bed linens upon arrival. Got bitten by bugs in the dirty bed linen. They refused to change, even after our travel agency spoke to them several times. They even yelled at us for contacting our travel agency.

The kind of hotel that can ruin your entire holiday (dirty hotel and VERY rude owner)

    rating08 Jul 2025

Extremely rude and greedy owner (short older bald man with groggy voice). He should have ZERO interaction with guests. He will try to scam you when possible. Air condition costs around 40 euro/week and I didn't want it since Alanya was not that warm when I went. Hotel staff forgot to turn AC off after last guests left so it would turn on automatically when I put in the key and I hate no remote to turn it off since you had to pay for that. Room was freezing and very uncomfortable so I would sleep in backroom. One day owner yells and calls us over rudely and DEMANDS we pay for 1 week of air condition. After lots of arguing, yelling, turkish insults he finally very reluctantly accepts we only pay for the 2 days it was on even though that was THEIR mistake! So we were forced to pay for their mistake. Then owner LIES and says we have to return remote (we never received one). Says he will check security cameras to prove it (he never found anything). He never apologized for lying and being wrong. Another time room was dirty AFTER room service had been there. Owner was again very rude and woudn't acccept criticism. Be very careful of him/avoid him. He is a horrible person to be around.Rest of staff are okay. Location is good and close to central Alanya and bus 1 line. Rooms are very dirty. Floor is so dirty you walk around with sandals inside. Furniture is very old, dirty and many are broken/worn down. Greedy rude owner clearly won't buy anything new and wont hire more cleaners. Food/drink prices are also overpriced inside the hotel and owner will give you attitude if you buy from outside. Staff are playing loud music in the bar and some times lobby very late in evening or even at night. Makes it hard to sleep because of noise. Electricity and water cut off for many hours on multiple days. Some days we had to wake up and use the bathroom without a way of washing our hands. Imagine eating breakfast with the same unwashed hand you wiped with. We paid for 2 seperate apartments but only received 1 when we arrived. We had to talk to a manager and got lucky to get a second apartment the next day.

Reasonable prices, close to beach , bars and restaurants. Good deals on sight seeing, Turkish baths etc. Amazing!

Great place to stay for a reasonable price,, it’s a family run place with brilliant service and the food is to die for. They have a fixer called Nico who will get you better prices than the tour operator for ANYTHING. The bar staff are crazy in the good way and create a fantastic atmosphere for all ages and mix a great cocktail and give random things on the house which is of course nice! The AC costs about €50 for seven days but given how much electricity costs there I could understand that. The beach is a five or ten minute walk depending on the heat that day, the town centre is ten minutes by bus from literally just opposite the hotel. All in all we couldn’t find anything negative to say at all.

    It is what it is.

You get what you pay for. Cleaning under par. The bread you don’t finish gets tossed back with the other bread at the buffet. If you don’t buy extras from Yakup stops greeting you or even says hello. Since you start the hotel experience as his most valued friend (!) and the tone is way to familiar, it’s strange that just wanting to relax as a couple causes all this drama (read goes to extremes to avoid you or talk to you). It’s sad as this hotel is supposedly run by two sisters, one m who tried her best to be welcoming and carrying her parents dream on. My advice would is free: let Jakup tatto people but keep him away from the other guests at the hotel. We also didn’t love the tip cup.
