Always a good time here. Cozy place, cozy room, amazing gym, lovely breakfast buffet. Enjoyed my stay here. Staff at the buffet are observant and very nice. Thank you!

Disappointing. Not a hotel for families. Expensive. Charged for tonic additionally to the gin without advertising the fact. Tried to charge $29 per head for breakfast, incl 2 children. Rooms has no windows. Restaurant in the evening - Sun - was not open. The Acácia Restaurant is primarily dedicated to buffet service and may close during periods of lower occupancy. In such cases, our Bistrô Restaurant remains open, offering an à la carte all-day dining service, including on Sundays.Regarding your gin order, gin and tonic water are listed and charged separately, rather than as a single mixed beverage. We also offer a selection of prepared gin-based cocktails, using different brands, which are presented at one inclusive price. All prices are available in the physical menus at our outlets and through the QR codes providing access to our digital menus.For breakfast to be included, the reservation must be booked under a Bed & Breakfast rate, and all children must be correctly registered in the booking so that any applicable complimentary breakfast benefit can be recognised. Nevertheless, after listening to your concerns, we decided not to apply the breakfast charge. The hotel is very clean. Friendly staff. The pool water on the roof is very warm. All good. Lots of breakfast shops in same street to choose from. Very nice hotel, very good rooms, excellent breakfast, employees very professional and availability above average. good but with room for improvement.

I stayed here for 2 weeks in September/October 2025 and here are my observations:Good things: In general a really good hotel. It is clean. It is relatively quiet. The air-conditioning in the room is effective and the warm water in the shower is of satisfactory temperature and pressure. The breakfast is decent. The staff is attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, with many good restaurants right around the corner, grocery store close by etc.Bad things: First of all the WiFi speed is really bad. It seems to be capped at 5mbit/s. The range is good, with me having good reception basically everywhere in the hotel and their gardens, but the speed? I'm quite disappointed by it. Working from the hotel is possible, just don't expect to use any big files because you will be waiting forever for them to download.I previously stated the staff is great. Which they are. Unless you order anything food or drinks related. In the piano bar it takes absolutely forever to get food. But worse than that, when it's time to get the bill to sign it to the room it regularly takes 15 minutes. Just to get the bill! In the end I asked for the bill the moment I ordered my food, in that case the bill came when the food arrived and I didn't have to wait for it. This is not only the case with food but when you only have drinks as well. To be honest it's better to go down to the other restaurants which are both cheaper and faster.In general a good experience. If the hotel fixes those 2 things it would get a full 5 stars.
