Clean private room for a break from the hostels.

Everything was clean and tidy. Good value for money, given that you get a private en-suite room. Well worth the extra 5-10 bucks compared to some of the hostels when you need a bit of space. Yowen and Biken were very helpful at reception and I would like to say a special thank you to Dawa, Sanjay the chef, and Sagar for making breakfast such a wonderful experience.

Really friendly staff. Biken at reception was very helpful, as was is Philippina counterpart staffing the front desk on mornings. The breakfast serving staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this place.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a good shower with hot water all the time, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is perfect just off the tamal, mid range in cost and well worth the price

7 day quarantine in Kathmandu - A wonderful stay at Hotel Tradition and Spa

My research team and I visited this month and had to quarantine for a week and this hotel is one of the approved quarantine hotels (though other team members have stayed here before the pandemic). Not only is it so clean, beautiful, and has great food (not to mention it has been completely renovated), the staff are also so amazing and nice. They began to feel like great friends by the end of the stay. The spa is also amazing with the most relaxing massages. Most definitely recommend!

This hotel is a good budget option in Kathmandu. Well located for the Thamel area, it has rooms of various sizes and a small roof top restaurant with a nice view if the skyline. Staff is friendly, wish they had. Lift to climb to the upper floors.
