  A nice little hotel with good prices. Unfortunately there is no real view of the mountains from the rooms. The owner is very kind or seems so. He talked a lot to me, mainly about sexuality, I was the only guest there at that time, I am a female. One day before I checked out I came back from a little hike and ate a dhal soup. Immediately after I ate it everything collapsed, I was tired , I had heat flashes. He wrote me messages to come and drink tea with him, I had to say no twice. I got very sick and left the next day. The room was very moist. Just in my new appartment I realized how moist all my stuff in my backpack was from there. His sister seemed liked she didn’t want me there. Mohan told me from the beginning that his sister will not be here for cooking. But then she was there all the time and still no breakfast or lunch. For the dhal I asked Mohan if I could have a little bowl too bc I saw them eating. The bottled water was expired since 4 months. Other than that it is for sure clean. Maybe it was all just bad coincidences, but then when I left Mohan asked with a smile “did you enjoy your stay?” When I was walking in front of him barely able to carry my backpack and stand up straight bc I felt so powerless.

  Peace in the hills of Nagarkot

  Staying here is the most beautiful place for anyonewho loves nature and is looking for peace and contentment while visiting Nagarkot. The owner Mohan is a kind and lovely man who will go above and beyond to help you with anything and make you feel welcome. He helped me celebrate my birthday this year and it was such a special day. There is a big balcony for meditation and yoga surrounded by the garden, the food is great and authentic plus it is only a 10 min walk from town and 30min walk from the sunrise viewpoint. The rooms are comfortable and there is hot water showers if your feeling a bit cold after sunrise. It is a beautiful place to base yourself to immerse into hillside village hiking and enjoying the glorious views of the Himalays particularly at sunrise. Can't rate enough <3

  Coming home to new family in Nagarkot

  It’s hard to put into words how wonderful my experience was at Hotel Mount Paradise. Mohan was the best host I’ve had in a guesthouse in all my times in Nepal. He was so kind, compassionate, and caring, and was always available for a warm chat or check-in. The stay itself was so comfortable and clean, with fresh home-cooked vegetarian meals in a peaceful, beautiful location with incredible sunset views. I felt like I was coming home to family while staying here, meeting another traveler and sharing sweet conversations with Mohan. I will definitely be coming back and cannot recommend this home enough!

  The only pure vegetarian and Vegan hotel in Nagarkot!

  While we hike in Nagarkot area, we happened to pass by this lovely hotel, which provides vegetarian and vegan meal only. The owner name Moham told us that it is the only vegetarian and vegan hotel. No meat, no eggs, all veggies! What a great place! We enjoyed our lunch here, like not other places. Thank you Moham, and Sarida, Bamdev!🙏We have our lunch here.   Peaceful stay

  I really recommend staying at Mount Paradise🩵It's a really peaceful place with a beautiful lush garden and very kind staff. The food is all veg and really delicious. I particularly loved the Dahl Bhat, Aloo Paratha and Dum Aloo. We had many plums from the garden too. The rooms are neat. The big hall and terrace are really great for meditation and yoga.
