    Very bad experience at Holidays Nomad Hotel

    I m cannot recommend Holiday Nomad. Our room flooded with inches of water during our stay, soaking and ruining expensive gear, books, electronics, and personal belongings. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability afterward.Despite the serious damage and the fact that the room became barely usable, the staff refused to offer any refund, discount, or meaningful compensation. They also would not move us into a room comparable to the one we originally paid for. We were left dealing with damaged belongings and an incredibly stressful situation with little support or concern from management.Accidents can happen at hotels but how a place responds says everything. Unfortunately, the response here was dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re traveling with valuable gear or electronics, I would strongly reconsider staying here.

    An other amazing stay. On the way to ABC, we had our first night at Nomad.We choose it again as last year we really enjoy it.Nice location, enjoy breakfast and their evening wine bar and Italian restaurant

    Bad Experience in my whole life. there was no slippers in the room and room was smelling to. There is no WiFi facility in the mid of night.Please hotel nomad you have to care Abt this things. Thank you and I hope other peoples will not suffer from that type of situation .

    A bug-infested hotel!

    The worst experience ever, the hotel is infested with insects, I reached late so I slept and closed the toilet door, when I woke up, I opened the door and hives of insects flied all over the place, I called room service they said they would call pest control then the receptionist offered to give me another room, I stayed there for one night, I found a bug bite in the morning, I didn't know what it was, then the next morning I woke up with so many itchy bites all over my body! I told the receptionist but they did nothing and I had to leave losing the money I paid for the rest of the nights I paid and above all, they had the audacity to ask me for extra money for washing my clothes, which I did pay and left!! Worst place ever, do not even think of booking there if you plan on having a safe and nice trip!

    This is my third time in this hotel.They respond very well nicely and humble.This place is in the center Al thamel where all the tourists attractions are near by.If you are planning to stay at thamel with better deal combined with good facilities choose this property.
