  Wasn't sure this place existed until I arrived due to SPAM messages

  The rooms were relitivly clean, and was placed on a nice quiet street close to Amsterdamse Bos which is were we wanted to be for a concernt and parkrun.Unfortuantly, my personal details were leaked so I was recieving muiltple spam messages telling me give my credit card details to secure the room, so i doubted that it even existed. The staff were useless, for example when the fire alarm when off on the first night, we assembled to the reception awaiting instruction, we waited and asked what was happening as was fobbed off, we worked that he was on the phone to someone trying to fix the alarm, although it would have been nice for someone to tell us that our lives wern't in danger. Other than this it was the usually cheap hotel issues, poor communication, consumables not replaced, lightbulb out in the room lack of care etc. however the price did not reflect this lack of effort.

  Great location - overpriced and disappointing

  Location is great, but for the price, the hotel room itself left some things to be desired. Firstly, the room we got had bleach stains on the carpet, and there were holes in the wall that had been patched, but not painted over. The bed was decently comfortable, however it had a thin mattress topper that would not stay put. The biggest frustration was the shower, which did not drain properly, and within less than 2 minutes would overflow onto the bathroom floor. The deadbolt on the door was disabled- when asked about this the reception staff stated that all the deadbolts had been disabled. This is a major safety concern. The room was also quite dark, with not enough lights, especially by the desk. There was a big lamp by the bed which was missing a bulb, and the receptionist said they couldn’t replace it until a technician was in the next day- which never happened.

  Very disappointing stay – not as advertised and poorly maintainedMy partner and I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very poor experience from the start.We were initially checked into the wrong room compared to what we had booked, which immediately set the tone. Once in the room, we tried to open the balcony door for fresh air, only for it to literally come off its hinges. It felt unsafe and completely unacceptable. We were then told not to open the door until it could be fixed — which is unreasonable given it’s a basic feature of the room.The issues didn’t stop there. The air conditioning didn’t work in any of the rooms we were given, making the stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom ceiling was visibly deteriorating and looked like it was falling apart. Cleanliness was also a major concern, as the bathroom was not properly cleaned.Additionally, the small bar fridge in the room didn’t work at all, and the curtains in both rooms were hanging loose and clearly not maintained.Overall, the hotel is in poor condition and does not match expectations. Basic maintenance, cleanliness, and room accuracy should be a given, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on all fronts.

  Located outwith the city centre but accessible by 357 or 397 bus route . The hitel is situated in s quiet neighbourhood but direct flight path to Schipol so a bit noisy. Breakfast was continental and fresh good choice available. The room was adequate but not very clean, the bed was comfortable enough but the sheets weren't large enough to cover the mattress. That 2 factors let the hotel down. Good enough value for money as relatively cheap. Catch the bus, just along the road, 2 mins, to the bys station and then the 300 to airport. 15 mins. 397 from the airport, stops across from the hotel. I would stay here again. Santa Maria pizzeria and steakhouse across the road is a great place to eat too.

  Good hotel, I wouldn't call the room premier as it was described, it was a fairly standard room but comfortable and clean. Coffee machine didnt work but not a major issue
