    Stayed here for a weekend trip to Amsterdam and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Good value for Amsterdam, and I would definitely recommend it.

    It was very easy to find the hotel and the trip från Shiphol was rather short. Easy to use public transports when visiting other parts of Amstedam. Rather large rooms with fridge and microwave owen. Staff was helpful and the stay was nice. There is a small "garden" where you can sit and rest, but it is mostly used by smokers. That area could need som "love and attention".

    Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel isn’t very smart but it suited us for 2 nights. Shower drain was blocked and staff sorted it quickly, they even let one of us use another room to save time.Near the train station, easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal, plus there are shops near by.

    I’m really upset and frustrated with my experience at Amsterdam Teleport Hotel😞 Because of a glitch on Agoda’s site, I was accidentally booking twice for the same date. I already had a confirmed reservation for those dates, but somehow a duplicate booking went through and got charged without me even confirming it. What’s worse, during that second charge, I was never asked for my CVC or any kind of payment confirmation. This clearly wasn’t my fault—it was a system error!I reached out right away, explaining everything, and asked if they could at least apply the duplicate payment toward my original booking, since I hadn’t fully paid for that one yet. But they just refused—no refund, no cancellation, no credit. And we’re talking about a stay that’s still six months away! It feels so unfair.To make things worse, the hotel took over a day just to respond to me. While I was waiting, the bank’s time window for disputing the payment closed, so I lost an important chance to get my money back.Their explanation was that their finance team doesn’t approve refunds or cancellations for non-refundable bookings made through third parties—even when there’s such a clear mistake. Their customer service felt cold and impersonal, and it really seemed like they only care about getting paid, not about the guests’ situations!!!This whole situation has been really exhausting and disappointing. If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, please be CAREFUL. From my experience, they’re more interested in taking your money (!) than helping out when things go wrong!(I still hope they’ll do the right thing and refund or credit me for this accidental double booking, but honestly, it feels like I’m fighting a losing battle.
