    Barry, employee at the bastion hotel, is extremly nice and carrying, I had some issues parking my car since the parking was full, he offered me to move his car in order to park mine,What a wonderful service to offer it’s customers, I highly recommend and hope his hierarchy will recognize his professionalism and empathy

    Shuttle bus not available we booked to use it from the airport to the hotel and we end up paying uber and get loose in public transport.The duty manager late shift on 28 January was very rude and unprofessional, approached him to get an answer about the absence of shuttle bus and he told me I don’t know and we requested a towels he told me you need to wait one hour we have only one housekiping and in the end no towels was sent

    The hotel is close to the airport, there is a shuttle service (stuck in the snow but beyond their control) which runs every 30 mins between hotel and airport. The walls are paper thin, as in we could hear the room next door sneezing & opening their door which sounded like they were entering our room wit how loud it was: We had breakfast which was a good variety. We came at the end of breakfast so can only imagine how good it was with everything fresh. The staff are super friendly; the room is clean; the location is good to stay close to the airport (and McDonald’s literally a 1 minute walk) just didn’t get any sleep due to the constant noise. Room also super cold !!

    Thanks to Romas and Luara your stars room was spotless, remotes clean and windows showed no streaking from glare of cars in the card park, the blackout blinds worked purrr affectionately, all in all a pleasant stay, kitchen and bar closed on arrival as after 2200 hrs .. the art work in the corridor was historic with a fresh Outlook;preserving past whilst putting a fresh perspective on william show and tell works. Well heads must have been banged together to facilitate this throughout. tThe crosstrainer in the gym was well oiled and provided fine rotational movement for both arms and legs; keeping in motion with barbell straight squats the 30kg weights bar with 2x5kg and 2x 2.5kg barbells at each end were ideal. Breakfast was quality, not quantity just as I like it; ideal :) reception staff and management extremely helpful and provided an exemplary service. thanks you'll for making my transit seamless! ta.

    The restaurant offered very little choice…mainly burgers…it was not in the same building as the Best Western and for a woman with a small handicap was difficult to reach, with two lots of stairs….the bedroom was clean and comfortable. OK for one night, I would not stay there again.
