Location

A lot of attractive cities like Zaanstad, Haarlem and Leiden are easily accessible from the hotel. Facility

193 rooms and 5 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Not bad for cheap place to stay

    Location wasn't too bad as free shuttle bus to and from airport. Last bus 11.45 back to hotel which isn't good if you go into Amsterdam centraal as you need to leave by 10.30 to make sure you definitely catch last bus.Lots of building work currently so was noisy in morning from 7am. Rooms were clean tidy and reasonably comfortable although 2 singles pushed together with a king size mattress on top of them was a bit annoying as mattress doesn't fit well.

    We- a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers had a completely unacceptable experience at this hotel!!! We had booked one night due to a long layover in Amsterdam. Arrived around 1am, tired, cold and wet due to a terrible rainstorm. Incredibly happy to be there and ready to check in, the receptionist could inform us that our reservation had been cancelled and that they were "unfortunately" fully booked and unable to help us. Was told that there were many other hotels in the area so it should not be a problem. We had not received any message that the reservation had been cancelled, either via email or in the Hotels.com app. I had even been in contact with them the same day and informed them that we would arrive late. No information whatsoever about this. He did not even offer to call around to the hotels in the area to check availability!!! A really «beautiful» ending to our trip… wandering from hotel to hotel in the purung rain in the middle of the night - even though we had a reservation. We finally arrived at a hotel that had available rooms. (Which of course cost us twice as much as what we had originally booked!) We travel a lot! However, I can say that we have never experienced such poor service.

    Great Location for discovering Holland like Leiden, Keukenhof, Haarlem, Amsterdam either by bus next to the hotel or from the Airport train station.Great staff and breakfast. Everything you need you find.

    Fab hotel close by to the airport, has a free shuttle hotel service which is great and saves paying for transport. Staff on reception were really lovely and friendly, and gave us a voucher for a free drink which was great. The rooms are lovely but really warm, the air con unit was barely working and there is no fans either. The room is set temperature wise and cant be altered by the guest. The hotel was fab value compared to many others in Amsterdam around the airport and the centre. Rooms were clean, you can hear planes taking off so it is expected noise wise. Its great watching them take off. Overall a fab stay and would come back.

    After our weekend stay here, the full family had LICE all over our clothes.Very shameful for such a big hotel.
