    We spent six nights at the Carleton Square in a deluxe room - clean and delightfully spacious. The hotel’s location, across from a large public park, is perfect as a base from which to discover the neighbouring area.. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel bar and restaurant, Zocher, is comfortable, with a good selection of food and drink. Highly recommended!     A lovely hotel with the warm, friendly staff matching the hotel ambience perfectly. Haarlem is a handsome friendly city.We had a superior balcony room which was huge and we were able to open the balcony door and stand outside for some fresh air. Would definitely recommend .Paid extra for the lovely breakfasts.
