    Stayed here for a several nights and it was a phenomenal experience. Booked indirect as it was flagged as Amsterdam Boutique Apartments. Booking direct requires a week stay minimum.The location of the apartment was fantastic. It's located minutes on foot to the transit hub of trams, trains, and buses along with a grocery store and restaurants!Citadines is located in the same building as Mecure and another competiting serviced apartments brand.Check-in was thorough and was upgraded to a 1 bedroom featuring a separate living area. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked with a fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher with tablets, along with pots and pans.The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels, generous sizes of soap, shampoo, body wash, and lotion. I loved how they had an amenity room featuring facial tissues, toilet paper, towels, and sheets.The living room was spacious with a TV along with an adjustable thermostat and windows that could open.The bedroom featured a comfortable bed, closet, along with a digital in-room safe.There is a laundrette in the basement where a load of laundry includes detergent and softener. An app is needed to reserve and turn on the laundry machines.

    Excellently located near a major transport hub. Quiet and safe. Bed is comfortable. Room is well-equipped but TV channels lack English option for international travelers. Staff are friendly and informative. A good solid option for people looking for a place outside Amsterdam but within distance to Centraal via train.

    Overall it was a pleasant stay, the reception is very helpful and the room was well taken care of and clean. They greeted me with a birthday set up in the room which was very thoughtful of them. I appreciated the availability of the laundry service and the guest supplies (a room with more towels, soap, and other essentials) as well as the location. The only things I did not like about this flat was the bed, pillows, and tv. I think it is just a cultural difference but the queen bed was two twin beds pushed together and I could feel the edges of them as I sleep in the middle of be bed. The pillows are all perfectly square which I am not used to and was uncomfortable so reception provided smaller square pillows that I was able to fit into one pillow case to feel more normal. The TV was disappointing due to the lack of content to watch in my downtime, the tv had about 7 Chanel’s 5 of them showed movies but (two channels showed the same one) and the other two were kids tv shows. The laundry service is convenient but expensive, it costs €5.50 for each wash and each dry cycle, still glad I had it for my long stay. The hotel is also very restrictive on guests that can accompany you to your room which was inconvenient for me as a solo traveler. At the end of the day it was a good stay and had a great location right next to a major train station. Thank you.

    Excellent stay, staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was terrific, kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The location is great, 5 minute walk to Sloterdijk station, for trains, metro, and busses Everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

    Value for $. Apartment was sufficiently spacious with a small kitchenette useful if you don’t want to dine out and just to tuck in a simple meal- evenings were warmly ventilated and kept us warm against the cold. Apartment is connected to Mercure Hotel
