Location

This beautiful, historic canal building is centrally located close the Royal Palace. The city centre as well as various eminent tourist attractions are all to be found in the immediate vicinity. Shops and nightclubs may all be found within 100 m of the hotel. Restaurants, bars, pubs and local public transport are even closer to the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 42 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     The most terrible hotel I've been stayed

    This is the most terrible hotel I've experienced. We booked the room with twins beds in February 2026 then ended up receiving single bed (1m4) room with the price in February is over 650usd, no breakfast with no kettle. The stairs is about 40 degrees no elevator and no help from the receptionist. We had to bring our suitcases, the biggest one is 20kg to the roomI will never come again for sure.

    Nightmare😂 The pictures are misleading. It’s extremely dirty. There was human hair in my bed. It actually looked like pubic hair, but I hope it was just leg hair… although that’s almost the same 😭If you can’t handle long staircases, don’t book this hotel. There’s no elevator. Extremely long, dangerous stairs. They smoke hash on the balcony below us, and the smell is constant in the room. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned.It’s fine that it’s a 2-star hotel, but hygiene? You expect proper hygiene at a hotel.

    My room was not on the photos on the website , the room was dirty, rips in curtains, paint was chipped everywhere, stayed for 2 nights and had to ask for clean towels, somebody else’s hair all over the room, bathroom was disgusting, shower barely worked, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever, receptionist all told us different things, really terrible stay and very much forced advertising as the room we stayed in was a box , we stayed in room 401

    Where to start? Seeing just the filthy staircases gave me a bad feeling but staff was nice . When I was given the key , to my surprise the room wasnt even done. Even if it had been cleaned it wasnt suitable for a human being! Looked absolutely disgusting. Dirty walls , sticky window. And the amount they charge for it!! Shame on them! Lots of people are leaving early and as the hotel runs on no refund policy , they can just double let the rooms. As the hotel was fully booked I left and booked a new lovely hotel for the same price with breakfast included.This place is a health hazard and should be closed down.Also the photos online and reality has nothing to do with eachother

    Awful place - stairs like a mountain and tiny worn rooms

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Unless you are a very poor mountain goat. The stairs from the front door to reception are 2 steep flights which curve at the top. Then there are more stairs to the rooms which are also v steep with no lift. We were unable to stay the 3 nights we had booked because it was awful so chose to leave on the 2nd day with no chance of a refund as we booked through Opodo. We had 3 rooms booked and only used 2 because it was so bad. There were empty wrappers under the bed from previous occupants and the window catch was cobbled together and didn't look safe. No storage or shelves apart from the window sill and in order to plug in the coffee machine we had to move its stand to the other side of the room (not far) to plug it in. Only 1 member of staff spoke good English and she was very helpful but overall the stay was not one I would choose to repeat. My advice? Don't do it.
