  My friend and I stayed at EasyHotel Amsterdam Arena Boulevard for 2 nights when attending a concert at the Ziggodome. We felt as though the hotel was well worth the money we spent, equalling out to be roughly £50 per night per person.We booked our room in advance via Booking.com and paid upfront. Upon arrival to the hotel months later we felt it was easy to find and navigate through. The hotel is brightly coloured and features a large logo making it visible when exiting the Amsterdam ArenA station. The hotel itself is only a short walk from the station which makes it convenient for travellers.The room itself, although on the smaller side, had everything my friend and I needed during our stay. We had 24 hour access to our own private bathroom with a shower which was great. The bathroom and shower were clean upon arrival, with fresh clean towels waiting to go. The bathroom also contained hand soap next to the sink and body wash in the shower cubicle, great if you forgot to bring your own. Our bed was well made upon arrival and incredibly comfortable and easy to sleep in. The curtains blocked out sunlight adequately.Our room contained a wardrobe and a small dressing area which had a light up mirror which was great for doing our makeup. We also had a small plastic chair which was comfortable to sit on while doing our makeup or curling our hair. All of the lights in the room operated as expected. In the hallway on our floor there was a vending machine which contained snacks and drinks which was great in the evening after surrounding restaurants had closed. I used this vending machine after the concert I attended which was great, however the machine was tricky to operate. The area surrounding the hotel was a commercial area, with a cinema, train station, two music venues and multiple restaurants. This gives you plenty of options for activities and food without having to travel too far. Additionally, there is a town centre only a 10 minute walk away from the hotel with multiple shops (TK Maxx, H&M) and various fast food outlets.The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, happy to assist in any way they could. Upon checking in, I had some issues using the self check in machine, which a member of staff happily assisted me with. During our stay, we required some help digging out public transport which staff were also happy to help with. Upon our departure, the gentleman who helped us on the counter was friendly and wished us a safe travel home.All in in I highly recommend EasyHotel Amsterdam Arena Boulevard, it is a cost effective, friendly hotel, perfect for short breaks if you plan on going out during the day. The hotel felt safe and secure, and was easy to find. 10/10!

  Nice 2 night stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean and served its purpose.Very close to metro, places to eat and local shops.We will certainly stay there again.

  Staff were lovely and helpful. Like the fact that unless your staying in the hotel so have a keycard you can not use the lift- good safety thing.Good access to Amsterdam/Schiphol via Train although strike was on. Tram was just as good (although that has not got airport access). Room was clean and tidy -- soap,shower gel,shampoo in room. (unfortunatly the tv didnt work which was disappointing) Heating/cooling system only altered between certain numbers and no window to open so marked down for those issues.   Clean, nice staff, great location but so noisy

  The staff was really nice. It was clean. Location is great if you go to a show at Afas. The only problem is the noise. You can clearly hear the people in the other rooms. When they go to the toilet, shower etc. And when they go in or out of there room, it sounds as if they open the door to your own room. I woke up 5-10 times because it sounded like someone was coming into my room. Also, the air circulation systeem is really loud en gets even louder at intervalls, which also woke me up. I did turn it down to a minimum, but that didnt really do much, unfortunately. When I stay in a hotel, I do want to be able to sleep.   We stayed here as we were flying from Ireland to attend a gig in the dome. Location was perfect, however we were HIGHLY disappointed to here that check in was 3pm and checkout was 10am! Furthermore, we were charged 5euro to store our luggage until check in!Checkout time should be pushed to 12pm.
