  Great views! Great location! Amazing staff!

  We had the pleasure of staying at the Amsterdam Suites this week for several days as a family. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were immediately greeted by Yana at the front desk and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Whether we needed restaurant recommendations, additional towels, or extra coffee, Yana was quick to help us out. Every evening we returned to the hotel, Yana was quick to ask how our day was and what adventures we embarked on, caring genuinely about our adventure. The hotel was clean, quiet, and modern, but the best part, the view of the river. Whether we were admiring the yachts in the port, the ships sailing by, or the storm rolling in, the hotel had a beautiful view. The location was ideal. It was close to the central station, within walking distance to all the tourist areas, and again, with amazing views. If we are ever back in Amsterdam, we will be sure to check out the Eric Vökel Suites again.

  Well worth the money for a central location and apartment stay

  We stayed for 3 nights at the apartments.We arrived at Central Station and it is a 10 min easy walk. Check in was simple with a manned reception. The staff were all really helpful, suggesting where to eat etc.The apartment was large and airy, with everything you could need. Although close to the railway the rooms are quiet and we were not disturbed. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were given a breakfast box which had all we needed, yoghurt, fruit juice, milk, cereal, fruit, bread, cheese and even stroop waffles, a lovely touch.Walking into town is an easy 10 min walk into the centre of everything.We had a great stay.Its well worth the money.

  We stayed 5 nights in our visit to Amsterdam. Very happy with the Eric Vogel Boutique Apartments! Great location right near Central Station and we had a beautiful Canal view. Front door staff was eas kind and professional.

  Terrible, no attention to details!!!

  Worst experience ever so far and I haven't even gotten in the door. We booked, we paid, we got an email confirmation. Eric Vogel (EV) team member sent a link to pay taxes and register that did not work day of (this is import as you can't get into your unit without it being completed.) I have been on property for 2+hours waiting to get in from 6:30-9:02 pm at night and the EV team member keeps insisting they don't have an email for me, please refer to my second statement where they sent a confirmation email with directions to the property. Another link was sent to me via text that didn't work and the person who is sending the text keeps sending a text stating that she is sending to my email as well, to bad she keeps sending to the wrong email odd considering she said they did not have my email. So much for being detail oriented. Finally got the codes for access and apartment a since details don't really matter I was given opposite codes for both. Nope not really happening here. Terrible experience at this property so far. It is cute but given several factors like distance to the rail, and lack of attention to details, I just can't recommend unless you have the patience of a Saint or much better luck with a better point of contact.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐Great stay at Eric Vökel Apartments in Amsterdam. I stayed for 3 nights with two friends and the apartment was clean, modern and spacious which was perfect for the three of us. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the city.Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend it. 😊
