    Excellent customer service. Staff were lovely - especially Maria - really made our custom feel appreciated. Would recommend and stay again! Would've liked a choice of sausages and bacon at breakfast, but still plenty of other options. Thank you!

    The hotel was excellent. Clean and had everything we needed. My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and travelled into Amsterdam. Transport was easy into the centre with a train station only 5-10 minute walk away. When we arrived the lady on reception was super helpful advising us on travel tips and even printed off train times and different routes we could take to different parts of the city. All the staff were amazing, so friendly and super helpful and spoke very good English. Nothing we asked for was too much and we would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends & family. Breakfast was all you needed with lots of options running from 6-10am everyday, the hotel even had a snacks section where they offered snacks, noodles and drinks for a small price. We were also able to store our luggage for free after we checked out! Overall we had an amazing experience at this hotel and all the staff were helpful, attentive and friendly.

    Excellent hotel to stay in. Nice atmosphere and good location for Airport. Great beds, two pillows each is a luxury, good bathrooms. Clean, tidy rooms. Excellent service by Cyrano, assistance with the limited evening meal options, and with luggage the following morning. Great staff member who provided perfect customer service.

    Excellent location in Hoofddorp by Schiphol Airport.This Holiday inn Express is a nice,clean and safe hotel with super helpful employees from the front desk to the room attendant's.Also the breakfast is delicious a big selection of fresh food.Mr.Ecury and Mr.Fixe, really know how to make you feel at home with their Crew.

    This is my second stay at this hotel and it was brilliant as always. Maria was so friendly from the minute I walked in and went above and beyond. She was also very helpful in advising me on how to get around. You’re lucky to have her on your team, she really is a superstar!
