    A disappointing experience.

    This hotel has decided to stop daily housekeeping unless requested in advance, claiming environmental reasons. In reality, it feels much more like a cost-cutting measure disguised as sustainability.I requested housekeeping at 8:30 a.m. before leaving for work. When I returned in the evening, nothing had been done. I was then told that requests must be made before midnight the previous day — something nobody mentioned when I made the request. After I complained, housekeeping somehow managed to clean the room while I was at dinner, proving it was never an operational issue.The same philosophy seems to apply throughout the hotel: reduced services, reduced choice, but not reduced prices. The restaurant offers a very limited and uninspiring menu; the dish I wanted was unavailable, and even the dessert selection was reduced to two unappealing options. The minibar has disappeared too — only the minibar sign remains.Charging 4-star prices while quietly removing services and wrapping it all in a “save the planet” narrative is not my idea of hospitality. Guests deserve better than being treated as fools.

    Hotel was fine and room was clean although rather souless. Nice bathroom with good shower. Breakfast was below average and couldn't offer any Gluten Free alternatives. Have a shuttle from the airport but have to pay for the return journey.     Nice room. Great staff at front desk and the restaurant. 600m to bus station. Free shuttle from airport to hotel. 30mins bus ride to downtown.
