    Great location close to tram stops. Rooms were comfortable and clean if small. Staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Nice breakfast each morning. Steepest stairs that I have ever seen so I used the elevator. Whole building was set to heat so had to open window regularly to cool room.

    Actually as I was booking my room for my friend a week ago,and I there was a snafu on my end that created a lot of stress for me. I contacted the hotel and Krisotel staff and cannot be happier on how they helped me resolve my issue. I haven't even stepped in the front door but give them 5 stars for Customer Service with a caring, helpful attitude!

    Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The staff very helpful, the beds comfortable, the free coffee great, and the location great. Unfortunately, room 5 was basement level under the reception desk I think. The noise at night was distraction, some from outside but most from the room upstairs, walking, talking, chairs moving, etc. We had to sleep with ear plugs at night.

    What a lovely stay we had very clean and tidy we had breakfast which was lovely too staff were very friendly and helpful only downside was not allowed check in till after 3 we had a early morning flight had I checked in would have known this but they took our luggage and kept it in the holding cupboard tge atmosphere warm and inviting rooms were very nice clean tidy clean towels every day location was perfect by day and night

    The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Feroz, who went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. My wife left her leather calendar and address book in the room. They found it for us and shipped it to us at the next stop on our trip, in Copenhagen. They even took it directly to the post office the next morning to be sure it got there in time. Throughout our stay, Feroz and his colleagues went above and beyond to help make our stay in Amsterdam a memorable one. Highly recommend!
