    Lost watch – no meaningful support from the hotelI accidentally left an expensive and highly sentimental watch in my room and contacted the hotel as soon as I realized it was missing. Unfortunately, I found the response disappointing and lacking urgency.Despite repeated follow-ups, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that no meaningful effort was made to help locate the item. As a result, I eventually filed a police report.I understand that hotels cannot guarantee the recovery of lost property. However, I do expect a professional and proactive response when a guest reports the disappearance of a valuable item. In this case, that expectation was not met.Very disappointing experience.

    Brilliant hotel. Comfortable rooms and beds. 20 minutes bus journey (no 18 with a frequent service ) from Centraal station, Near a lovely park in a safe area. Fantastic roof top bar

    I’ve stayed in this hotel twice now. It’s a remarkable hotel with very modern and comfortable rooms with a good view looking over the city. It also has a rooftop bar which is excellent. It’s not in the city but it has a tram stop a 3 minute walk from the hotel which takes you right into the city centre. Staff service is great. Good atmosphere, nice chill vibes. excellent value for money. Very clean, soundproof rooms. It’s also directly opposite rembrandpark which is a lovely park to go spend time in. Also if you happen to smoke the good stuff there’s benches just outside the hotel reception you can sit and smoke.

    Total disappointment!First, Agoda lied by stating that the hotel is 2.1 kilometers from city center. This hotel is no less than 50 minutes walk (not in a nice neighborhood) and even with the bus or train it will take close to 40 minutes to get to the center of Amsterdam.TV in the room doesn't work.Dirty bathroom and bed sheets.Towels are thin, and with holes (as per picture) practically rags.Breakfast is not amazing, dinning room needs major upgrade and some of the sitting are worn and need to be looked by a manager that run this hotel.
