    Amazing Hotel and Location

    I never write reviews but I felt that I had to say how amazing the hotel and staff were. Perfect location - we saw Harry Styles at Johan Cruijff and it was the perfect location for this, as well as very easy to get to and from the centre of Amsterdam. We got a free room upgrade and breakfast included as part of their ‘guest of the day’ and were made to feel like VIPs throughout the stay - nothing was too much, from 24/7 customer support to easy requesting of extra towels and late check out availability. The added touch was the Harry themed lounge area. Everyone was really helpful and accommodating and if we were to return to Amsterdam, this hotel would be top of our list - we cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for making a great trip, even greater.

    Poor experience in the leonardo royal amsterdam

    Very poor experience at th Leonardo Royal hotel, small room for business purposes, unable to seat properly and work, the elevators are disaster, you can wait 10 minutes for one,If you want to use the stairs, they have a knob only on one side and you can’t open the door from the hallway, this is a real safety issue. Uncomfortable mattresses and average breakfast. I will not come back.

    Excellent hotel. The price is just. Nice, modern room. In front of metro station and with direct transportation to downtown and Central Station of trains. The personal is very gentile. Highly recommended.

    The only positive thing was the location, as it was very close to the metro station. However, the bathroom ventilation was not working, and despite calling reception twice for cleaning the room, no one came. I would not recommend this hotel as it wasn't even good priced.

    We were on the 17th floor and had a great view. The hotel is fine. The downside is you need to jump on the train every time you want to eat. Breakfast at the hotel is 25 euro pp. 3 train stops away at the Breakfast Club Cafe, and breakfast is 15 euro pp.
