  The location of the hotel is excellent in terms of amenities nearly. It is a 2 minute walk away from the train station, shops and restraints. Unfortunately around the shops and the station is very dirty, there is lots of litter a street drinkers, which is unpleasant, however I appreciate this is out of the hotel’s control. The room was spacious however we were told 2 days into our stay that the aircon didn’t work when we were there- it was 30° each day so made sleeping unpleasant. The staff provided us with a large industrial sized fan which helped but ultimately blew our stuff everywhere. I appreciate that sometimes things break, however I would have appreciated to have been told about the aircon issue prior to arriving or as we were checking in. As well as this, the tap on the bathroom only had 1 heat setting- extremely hot, so we had to wash our hands in the shower to avoid getting burnt as the water was too hot to touch. The price was okay and the staff were very friendly, but due to the issues with the aircon and lack of communication as well as the hot water, we likely won’t return.

  Excellent property just a 5 min walk from Sloterdijk station. Good value for money. We stayed as a family of 4 and had a very enjoyable stay. Would rebook here in the future as well (in fact have rebooted for next weekend for anither visit). The breakfast buffet is also very good. Only feedback would be for one particular staff member who attended at the time of our check in to be more cordial and not judge/profile people by color of their skin.   Had an amazing time for my daughters birthday

  Stayed for 3 nights 2 adults and 2 12year olds the room was clean spacious and had a lovely big bathroom with shower.   The location is fine. It’s near the metro. However the front door hasn’t any accessible, if your luggages are heavy there’re always few steps to go.The Staffs are nice. Services are good. You shouldn’t miss out the breakfast on the 8/F. A Cozy atmosphere there.The room is good for two. However the room temperature is unstable. The water from the sink is really hot while you are using the shower. Both of the water degrees and water pressure is not stable. Also the bathroom smells like sewage.The room is not well soundproof. You can hear your next door slam the door.
