    The hotel was lovely and clean, and our room was beautiful. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts, and the complimentary glasses of wine on days we decided to skip having our room cleaned.     Disappointed in lack of amenities and services

    Room size and furnishings were nice; no outlets in bathroom for my travel straightener; only provided one liter bottled water, then advised to drink tap water, no valet or concierge services. The soap/lotion dispensers did not pump well or at all. They encouraged you to forgo room cleaning for a drink of your favorite choice, but then they only had a very limited drinks available to use the voucher, none were our preference.     Great location and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. We stayed an extra 3 days in Amsterdam and loved the ease of getting around.
