Location

The hotel is centrally located in the vicinity of the city centre and within walking distance of the Rijksmuseum, the Stedelijk Museum of modern art, the Van Gogh Museum, Leidse Square and the popular Vondelpark. The Anne Frank House museum is about a 22-minute walk from the hotel and the station is around 3 km away. The city centre and restaurants, shops, the bus station and public transport links can all be found just some 100 m from the hotel. Bars, pubs and a disco or club can also be accessed in around 5 minutes on foot. Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport is approximately 15 km from the establishment.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1875. 45 non-smoking rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Too expensive, breakfast starting only at 08.00 o'clock (we were there for business attending exhibition in RAI Amsterdam so impossible wait for the breakfast), no clean ing room for 2 days, very small rooms and bathroom.....In short I suggest to avoid it !

    My name is james' I stayed here on the 25/2/25... and I really wish I could of stayed longer.. beautifully located , friendly and helpful staff, the room was perfect for me and my partner, cosy ,warm and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.. I loved my stay and I will be making a return visit ASAP 😊

    This is a lovely, cozy hotel. The staff were really nice and so helpful. They answered all our questions and even gave us some vouchers for the canal tour. There are no tea and coffee making in the rooms but you can walk into the kitchen anytime and make it for free. I’ll definitely be booking this hotel again. It was an extremely pleasant stay and in a beautiful location

    No customer service whatsoever. Worst place I ever attended. If this is the future of hotel service long live Airbnb. My room is next to the elevator hole, the noise is constant. Not one person to take my complaint. Avoid at all cost. Really frustrated

    Small but cozy rooms. Nice balcony with flowers. In walking distance to most of the attractions. Really helpful and kind service . They have the coolest holographic reception if you arrive between 16.00-23.59 We didn’t get clean sheets when we ask for it, only on our last day. But otherwise an absolutely lovely place with lovely people. They’re back garden is really nice. We will definitely be going back there.
